SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Jasa Marga Tbk (berkode saham JSMR) berhasil meningkatkan kinerja positif di tahun buku Tahun 2023. Peningkatan kinerja positif perseroan jalan tol ini tercermin dari pencapaian pendapatan usaha sebesar Rp15,6 triliun atau tumbuh 12,9 persen.
Pendapatan usaha tersebut merupakan kontribusi dari kinerja pendapatan tol Rp14 triliun yang meningkat 12,1 persen dari 2023, serta kontribusi kinerja pendapatan usaha lain sebesar Rp1,6 triliun atau naik 20,9 persen dari tahun sebelumnya.
Corporate Communication and Community Development Group Head Jasa Marga, Lisye Octaviana menjelaskan realisasi EBITDA perseroan juga meningkat, yaitu mencapai Rp9,9 triliun, meningkat 14,2 persen dari tahun 2022, dengan realisasi EBITDA Margin mencapai level 63,7 persen, juga meningkat dari tahun sebelumnya, di tengah pengoperasian ruas-ruas jalan tol baru yang meningkatkan konektivitas antarjalan tol Jasa Marga Group yang menjadi katalis positif atas kenaikan volume lalu lintas perseroan.

Hal ini juga diimbangi dan dioptimalkan dengan kemampuan perseroan dalam mengendalikan pertumbuhan beban operasional dan menjaga efisiensi beban usaha.
Perseroan juga berhasil membukukan laba bersih sebesar Rp6,8 triliun sepanjang 2023, di mana sebesar Rp4,1 trilliun dari laba bersih, merupakan dampak dari pemenuhan Pernyataan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan (PSAK) 22 tentang Kombinasi Bisnis sehubungan konsolidasi kembali (buyback) unit penyertaan Reksa Dana Penyertaan Terbatas (RDPT) Mandiri Infrastruktur Ekuitas Transjawa (MIET) pada PT Jasamarga Semarang Batang (JSB), PT Jasamarga Solo Ngawi (JSN), dan PT Jasamarga Ngawi Kertosono Kediri (JNK) melalui akuisisi saham PT Lintas Marga Jawa (LMJ) oleh PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) pada Juli 2023.
Selain RDPT MIET, pada Oktober 2022 lalu, Jasa Marga juga melakukan divestasi Jalan Layang MBZ yang dikelola oleh PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC). Kedua aksi korporasi tersebut mempengaruhi kinerja Perseroan secara year-over-year (YoY).
“Sehingga, untuk core profit perseroan sepanjang tahun 2023 adalah sebesar Rp2,7 triliun, atau meningkat 196,7 persen dari core profit tahun sebelumnya. Hal tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa tanpa memperhitungkan dua aksi korporasi dimaksud, perseroan tetap dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kesehatan finansial perseroan dibandingkan dengan tahun lalu,” ujar Lisye, seperti dikutip dari keterangan resmi perseroan, Rabu 6 Maret 2024.
