SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk (ADCP) berkomitmen mempercepat pembangunan yang dilakukan LRT City Cibubur, guna menjaga kepercayaan para konsumen, investor, dan stakeholders lainnya.
Project Director LRT City Cibubur, Arifah Rahmayanti mengatakan, hingga Juni 2024, LRT City Cibubur telah menyelesaikan progres pembangunan pondasi. “Pekerjaan borepile sebagai pondasi untuk Tower 1 LRT City Cibubur telah rampung 100 persen,” kata dia dalam keterangannya, Senin 24 Juni 2024.

Dengan capaian progres tersebut, Arifah memastikan kawasan LRT City Cibubur siap melanjutkan proses pembangunan untuk struktur basement. Rencananya, pembangunan struktur ini akan dikebut, sehingga penutupan atap (topping off) mampu terlaksana di akhir 2024.
“Hal ini, sebagai bentuk komitmen dalam menyelesaikan proses pembangunan dengan tepat waktu,” ujar Arifah.
Dia menambahkan, percepatan pembangunan ini juga sejalan dengan percepatan penjualan yang dilakukan oleh LRT City Cibubur. Terbukti, unit-unit pada Tower 1 terjual sebanyak 60 persen, dari keseluruhan unit yang ditawarkan.
“Animo masyarakat begitu tinggi, mengingat progres yang gesit, serta lokasi LRT City Cibubur yang begitu strategis,” ujar Arifah.
Diketahui, LRT City Cibubur berada di antara dua kota utama, yaitu Kota Jakarta dan Kota Bogor. Selain terintegrasi langsung dengan Stasiun Cibubur dari LRT Jabodebek, LRT City Cibubur juga diapit dua pintu tol dan dapat ditempuh dalam waktu lima menit dari Tol Jagorawi.
Di tahun ini, ADCP memiliki misi dalam melakukan percepatan pergerakan bisnis, antara lain melalui inovasi pendanaan, percepatan pembangunan, hingga pengembangan kawasan dan penjualan. (asp)
