SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Maxindo Karya Anugerah, perusahaan makanan dan minuman berorientasi ekspor asal Indonesia, membuat gebrakan dengan mengumumkan rencana penawaran umum saham perdana (Initial Public Offering/IPO).
Presiden Direktur PT Maxindo Karya Anugerah, Sarkoro Handajani, seperti dikutip dari keterangan resminya, Jumat 9 Juni 2023, mengungkapkan bahwa langkah ini menunjukkan komitmen perseroan dalam transformasi bisnis memperluas kegiatan bisnis.
“Tentunya, dengan memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk menjadikan perseroan menjadi perusahaan yang transparan dan lebih profesional, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat untuk berinvestasi guna mendorong kesuksesan perseroan,” ujarnya di Jakarta.

Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir, perseroan menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang kuat dan konsisten di pasar ekspor. Produk-produk inovatif dan berkualitas tinggi yang ditawarkan, mendapatkan pengakuan luas dari konsumen dan menciptakan pangsa pasar yang solid.
“Dengan bekal fondasi yang kuat ini, perseroan merasa bahwa saatnya telah tiba untuk melangkah ke tingkat berikutnya dalam perjalanan bisnis,” tambah Sarkoro.
Melalui IPO, perseroan berencana untuk menjual sebagian saham perusahaan kepada publik. Hal ini akan memberikan kesempatan bagi investor untuk memiliki bagian dari perseroan yang memiliki potensi pertumbuhan di masa mendatang dan eksposur terhadap industri makanan dan minuman yang terus berkembang di Indonesia.
Sarkoro menjelaskan, rencana IPO ini memberikan banyak manfaat, baik bagi perseroan maupun para investor publik. Bagi perseroran, IPO akan membuka akses modal tambahan yang diperlukan untuk mendukung ekspansi perusahaan, meningkatkan kapasitas produksi, memperluas jaringan distribusi, serta melakukan investasi dalam penelitian dan pengembangan produk baru.
Sementara itu, bagi investor publik, dengan IPO akan memberikan peluang untuk berinvestasi dalam perseroan yang memiliki pertumbuhan yang solid dan prospek yang cerah. “Memiliki kinerja keuangan yang positif dan reputasi yang kuat di pasar, perseroan menawarkan potensi keuntungan jangka panjang kepada para investor,” ungkapnya.
Sarkoro menuturkan, rencana perseroan melakukan IPO, menandai langkah penting dalam perjalanan bisnis perseroan. IPO akan memberikan kesempatan kepada masyarakat umum untuk berpartisipasi dalam keberhasilan perusahaan dan menjadi bagian dari pertumbuhan industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia.
“Dengan kualitas produk yang tinggi, dan komitmen pada inovasi, perseroan diharapkan dapat mencapai kesuksesan yang lebih besar melalui rencana IPO ini,” ujarnya.
