SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (berkode saham SMGR) berhasil mencatatkan pertumbuhan kinerja pada 2023, yang ditandai dengan peningkatan volume penjualan, pendapatan, dan laba sebelum pajak.
Sepanjang 2023, Semen Indonesia, disingkat SIG berhasil mencatatkan penjualan sebanyak 40,62 juta ton atau meningkat 10 persen dibandingkan periode sebelumnya. Peningkatan ini didorong oleh penjualan semen curah domestik yang naik 17,3 persen dan ekspor yang naik 42 persen.
Penjualan domestik SIG di 2023, seperti diungkap perseroan dalam keterangan resminya, Rabu 13 Maret 2024, tercatat tumbuh di atas pertumbuhan permintaan domestik, terutama di segmen curah.

“Keterlibatan SIG dalam berbagai PSN (Proyek Strategis Nasional), seperti pembangunan infrastruktur IKN Nusantara dan Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera, serta proyek-proyek strategis nasional lainnya, menjadi faktor pendorong peningkatan volume penjualan domestik, khususnya pada segmen curah,” kata Corporate Secretary SIG, Vita Mahreyni.
Seiring peningkatan pada volume penjualan, Vita menambahkan, SIG berhasil membukukan kenaikan pendapatan sebesar 6,2 persen dari Rp36,38 triliun pada tahun buku 2022, menjadi Rp38,65 triliun pada tahun lalu (2023).
Di sisi lain, meskipun terdapat kenaikan beberapa akun biaya karena dampak dari kenaikan biaya bahan bakar minyak (fuel) dan inflasi, namun melalui inisiatif optimalisasi operasional yang dijalankan sepanjang tahun buku 2023, SIG mampu menekan total biaya/ton.
SIG juga berhasil mengurangi utang berbunga dan menurunkan beban keuangan yang berkontribusi pada peningkatan laba sebelum pajak yang tercatat naik menjadi Rp3,30 trilun.
“Di tahun 2022, terdapat penurunan beban pajak tangguhan yang merupakan one time event dampak restrukturisasi internal group perusahaan, sehingga berkontribusi pada laba bersih yang lebih tinggi. Sehingga, jika dampak penurunan beban pajak tangguhan tersebut dikeluarkan, di 2023 SIG mencatatkan peningkatan laba bersih sebesar 5,9 persen jika dibandingkan tahun 2022,” jelas Vita.
Lebih lanjut, Vita mengatakan, di samping inisiatif efisiensi biaya, pengelolaan arus kas dan permodalan yang optimal terus dilakukan, sehingga likuiditas perseroan tetap terjaga sangat kuat dengan solvabilitas yang semakin baik dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya.
Peringkat dari Pefindo
Di 2023, SIG mendapat peringkat kredit idAA+ Positif dari PT Pemeringkat Efek Indonesia (Pefindo) atau naik dari sebelumnya idAA+ Stabil. Peningkatan ini mencerminkan posisi pasar perseroan yang kuat, fasilitas produksi dan logistik yang terdiversifikasi dengan baik, dan profil keuangan yang sehat.
Selain pertumbuhan pada kinerja bisnis, SIG juga berhasil mencatatkan capaian membanggakan pada aspek lingkungan dan sosial. Fokus SIG dalam menurunkan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) terus menunjukkan hasil yang signifikan.
Melalui berbagai upaya, mulai dari penurunan faktor terak, pemanfaatan bahan bakar alternatif hingga penggunaan energi surya, telah membantu SIG menurunkan 17,37 persen intensitas emisi GRK cakupan 1 (dari operasional) dibandingkan baseline tahun 2010. Sedangkan pada cakupan 2 (emisi tidak langsung dari energi listrik) berhasil diturunkan 5,22 persen.
Sementara itu, pada aspek sosial, SIG turut berkontribusi dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat melalui program kesehatan untuk menurunkan angka stunting dan pemberdayaan ekonomi berbasis komunitas.
Beberapa program inovasi sosial SIG seperti konservasi ikan bilih yang merupakan spesies endemik terancam punah di Danau Singkarak, Sumatera Barat, serta pengelolaan lahan pascatambang di Tuban, Jawa Timur menjadi ecopark untuk edukasi pertanian dan pengembangan masyarakat, berhasil membawa SIG meraih PROPER Emas 2023 dari Kementerian Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan.
”Keunggulan pada aspek ekonomi, lingkungan dan sosial, telah mengantarkan SIG meraih peringkat ESG Rating terbaik pertama kategori construction materials di Asia Tenggara, melalui capaian predikat Medium Risk dengan skor 22,9 dalam penilaian kinerja lingkungan, sosial dan tata kelola atau ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) Rating yang dilakukan lembaga pemeringkat internasional, Sustainalytics,” jelas Vita.
Semen Indonesia juga kembali meraih Penghargaan Penggunaan Produk Dalam Negeri (P3DN) tahun 2024 sebagai Pengguna Produk Dalam Negeri Terbaik kategori Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) dari Kementerian Perindustrian. Prestasi ini menjadikan SIG sebagai BUMN yang berhasil meraih P3DN dua tahun berturut-turut, setelah pada tahun 2023 lalu juga berhasil meraih penghargaan di kategori yang sama.
Pada 2023, SIG dan anak usahanya mencatatkan realisasi belanja produk dalam negeri sebesar Rp23,74 triliun atau mencapai 92,92 persen dari total belanja barang dan jasa sebesar Rp25,55 triliun. Capaian tersebut, meningkat 6,4 persen dari realisasi belanja di pos yang sama pada 2022 sebesar Rp22,32 triliun. (asp)
