SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) mencatat lebih dari dua juta kendaraan melintasi Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera atau JTTS selama liburan Idul Fitri 2023, yaitu sejak H-7 hingga H+3 Lebaran 2023.
“Angka tersebut meningkat 38 persen, jika dibandingkan dengan VLL (volume lalu lintas) normal,” kata EVP Divisi Operasi dan Pemeliharaan Jalan Tol Hutama Karya, Dwi Aryono Bayuaji dikutip dari keterangannya di Jakarta, Kamis 27 April 2023.

Secara spesifik, tambah Dwi, selama arus balik didapati lonjakan lalu lintas yang cukup tinggi, di mana pada H+3 atau Selasa, 25 April 2023, terdapat sebanyak total 14.875 kendaraan yang keluar dari Sumatera via ruas Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar, yang merupakan pintu keluar akhir dari JTTS atau meningkat sebanyak 29,13 persen jika dibandingkan dengan VLL normal.
Adapun informasi terkait VLL di beberapa ruas tol operasi lainnya pada periode yang sama pada H+3 atau Selasa 25 April 2023, yakni ruas Bakauheni-Terbanggi Besar sebanyak 75.356 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 129 persen dari VLL normal, ruas Terbanggi Besar-Pematang Panggang-Kayu Agung sebanyak 28.569 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 131 persen dari VLL normal, ruas Palembang-Indralaya sebanyak 14.479 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 125 persen dari VLL normal, ruas Bengkulu-Taba Penanjung sebanyak 4.186 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 248 persen dari VLL normal.
Kemudian, ruas Pekanbaru-Dumai sebanyak 24.025 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 65 persen dari VLL normal, ruas Pekanbaru-Bangkinang sebanyak 12.859 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 215 persen dari VLL normal, ruas Medan-Binjai sebanyak 57.491 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 41 persen dari VLL normal, ruas Binjai-Langsa seksi 1 (Binjai-Stabat) sebanyak 16.170 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 120 persen dari VLL normal, dan ruas Sigli-Banda Aceh seksi 2, 3, dan 4 sebanyak 8.759 kendaraan atau lebih tinggi 298 persen dari VLL normal.
Sementara itu, akumulasi VLL ruas tol fungsional tambahan selama arus mudik dan balik lebaran, yaitu ruas Sigli-Banda Aceh seksi lima dan enam periode Sabtu 15 April hingga Selasa 25 April 2023, sebanyak 7.349 kendaraan yang melintas, ruas Binjai-Langsa seksi dua (Stabat-Kuala Bingai/Jalan Proklamasi) periode Minggu 16 April hingga Selasa 25 April 2023, sebanyak 16.514 kendaraan yang melintas.
Berikutnya, ruas Indralaya-Prabumulih periode Sabtu 15 April hingga Selasa 25 April 2023, sebanyak 57.711 kendaraan yang melintas, ruas Kuala Tanjung-Tebing Tinggi-Parapat periode Sabtu 15 April hingga Selasa 25 April 2023, sebanyak 114.769 kendaraan yang melintas
Dwi melanjutkan, Hutama Karya akan terus memperbarui perkembangan terkini mengenai volume lalu lintas di JTTS dan mengimbau pemudik untuk dapat mematuhi ketentuan dan tata tertib yang berlaku di jalan tol, berkendara di kecepatan maksimal 80 kilometer per jam, serta mengecek kondisi kendaraan sebelum mengemudi.
Kemudian, memastikan berkendara dalam kondisi prima dan tidak mengemudi dalam kondisi mengantuk, memastikan saldo kartu uang elektronik tercukupi sebelum melakukan perjalanan, serta selalu menomorsatukan keselamatan di jalan tol. (asp)
