SIARDAILY, Jayapura – Kementerian Keuangan dan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) berkolaborasi dalam membangun rumah susun (Rusun) Negara untuk Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) Kemenkeu di Jayapura.

“Rusun ini menyimbolkan suatu kerja sama antarkementerian dan Pemerintah Daerah. Kolaborasi inilah yang penting sebagai pondasi membangun Indonesia ke depan. Salah satu kerja sama yang kita rintis adalah dalam membangun perumahan untuk pegawai/ASN Kemenkeu di seluruh Indonesia,” kata Menkeu Sri Mulyani, seperti dikutip dari keterangan resmi PUPR, Selasa 6 Februari 2024.

Menkeu didampingi Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjend) Kementerian PUPR, M. Zainal Fatah dan Direktur Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto meresmikan Rusun Negara untuk ASN Kementerian Keuangan di Jayapura, Kamis (1/2).

Menkeu berharap, Rusun Negara Kemenkeu ini dapat memenuhi kebutuhan hunian bagi para pegawai yang bertugas di Jayapura, Papua, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja. “Sebelum ada rusun ini, saya dengar ada kekurangan 50 hunian untuk pegawai Kemenkeu di Papua. Dengan adanya rusun ini, saya harapkan dapat mengisi kekurangan tersebut dan memenuhi kebutuhan tadi,” ujarnya.

Sekjen Kementerian PUPR, Zainal Fatah mengatakan, pada tahun anggaran 2015-2023, Kementerian PUPR telah membangun rusun di Provinsi Papua sebanyak 31 tower, yang terdiri dari Rusun ASN sebanyak enam tower, Rusun ASN PUPR dua tower, Rusun Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) dua tower, Rusun Lembaga Pendidikan Keagamaan Berasrama (LPKB) lima tower, Rusun Peserta Didik Perguruan Tinggi enam tower, Rusun Polri tujuh tower, dan Rusun TNI tiga tower.

“Rumah Susun Kementerian Keuangan dibangun dengan mekanisme multi years contract Tahun Anggaran 2022-2023, dengan Desain Tipe Bangunan 36/3 lantai,” kata Zainal.

Sementara itu, pembiayaan pembangunan Rusun Negara Kemenkeu ini merupakan kolaborasi dari anggaran Kementerian PUPR sebesar Rp28,8 miliar dan anggaran Kementerian Keuangan sebesar Rp12,5 miliar.

Rusun tersebut memiliki kapasitas 44 unit yang dapat menampung 176 orang, dilengkapi dengan 44 set meubelair yang terdiri dari tempat tidur utama, tempat tidur susun, lemari dua pintu, lemari satu pintu, sofa dua seater, meja makan, meja tamu, kursi, serta termasuk Prasarana, Sarana, dan Utilitas (PSU) berupa perkerasan/paving blok, lampu taman, dan drainase.
