SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Hakaaston (HKA), anak perusahaan PT Hutama Karya yang bergerak di bidang jasa layanan operasi dan pemeliharaan jalan tol terus meningkatkan target kinerja perusahaan melalui kontrak baru dan pendapatan.
HKA menargetkan sepanjang 319,3 KM ruas baru di Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera (JTTS) yang akan dikelola dengan target pendapatan hingga Rp 680 Miliar. Target ini meningkat dari pendapatan tahun lalu (2023) sebesar Rp 523 Miliar atau 130 persen.
Ruas-ruas baru tersebut, seiring dengan pembangunan infrastruktur Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) Jalan tol Trans Sumatera yang mencapai 88,70 persen.

Sejalan dengan target yang ditetapkan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) pada lima ruas JTTS yang akan selesai pada semester tahun ini, Direktur Operasi HKA, Martin Nababan mengatakan, siap untuk mengoperasikan ruas tersebut.
“Ruas Sigli – Padang Tiji – Seulimeum dari 35,7 KM menjadi 74,1 KM, Binjai – Brandan dari 20 KM menjadi 58 km, Kuala Tanjung – Indrapura – Tebing Tinggi – Dolok – Sinaksak dari 28,3 menjadi 83,8 km, Indrapura – Kisaran (seksi 1 & 2) dari 15,7 KM menjadi 47,7 KM, dan Pekanbaru – Bangkinang – Koto Kampar dari 31 KM menjadi 55,7 KM adalah ruas yang akan kami operasikan di tahun ini,” ujar Martin, dalam keterangan resmi perseroan, Rabu 6 Maret 2024.
Sementara itu, untuk memberikan pelayanan maksimal dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pengguna jalan tol, HKA, anak usaha PT Hutama Karya ini merancang empat aplikasi utama, yakni Astoll yang merupakan platform untuk memberikan informasi real-time tentang kondisi jalan tol, CCTV live, lokasi area istirahat, tarif tol, dan fitur tanggap darurat.
Kemudian, HKA Trom (Toll Road Operation and Maintenance) yang mendukung pekerjaan petugas tol dalam memberikan pelayanan di ruas tol, dan terakhir HKA Today dan LAMPS atau Live Asphalt Monitoring System yang menjadi platform penting bagi pemeliharaan jalan tol, serta pemantauan logistik hotmix di seluruh unit produksi.
Saat ini, HKA mengoperatori 13 ruas di Jalur Trans Sumatera dan dua ruas di Pulau Jawa, yang merupakan milik Badan Usaha Jalan Tol (BUJT) PT Hutama Karya (Persero), Indonesia Investor Authority (INA), dan PT Hutama Marga Waskita atau Hamawas (asp).
