SIARDAILY, Kalimantan Selatan – Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) kembali menjalin kerjasama dengan PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk (BSI), untuk proses penyaluran dana Program Bantuan Srimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Sebanyak 1.830 rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH) di sejumlah kabupaten/kota di Kalimantan Selatan, rencananya akan ditingkatkan kualitasnya menjadi rumah layak huni pada tahun ini dengan dana stimulan pemerintah senilai Rp20 juta per unit.
“Kami akan terus mendorong Program BSPS ini, karena sangat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu untuk meningkatkan kualitas rumahnya. Dana stimulan yang kami salurkan senilai Rp20 juta per unit,” ujar Direktur Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto di Jakarta, Kamis 14 Maret 2024.

Menurut Iwan, Program BSPS adalah bantuan yang diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) untuk mendorong dan meningkatkan keswadayaan warga dalam meningkatkan kualitas rumah, sehingga dapat menghuni rumah yang layak dalam lingkungan yang sehat dan aman, serta nyaman.
Proses pengusulannya dilaksanakan oleh Pemerintah Daerah dan dalam pelaksanaanya pemerintah, juga menerjunkan tenaga fasilitator lapangan (TFL) untuk mendampingi masyarakat dalam proses pembangunannnya.
Kepala Balai Pelaksana Penyediaan Perumahan Kalimantan II, Anggoro Putro, didampingi Kepala Satuan Kerja Penyediaan Perumahan Kalimantan Selatan, Rudi Yunanto mengatakan, kerja sama dengan BSI juga pernah dilaksanakan sebelumnya pada tahun lalu (2023).
Pada tahun ini, Kementerian PUPR melalui Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan akan menyalurkan dana Program BSPS sebesar Rp36,6 miliar anggaran APBN untuk peningkatan kualitas rumah sebanyak 1.830 unit rumah tersebar di kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan.
Dalam mekanisme pelaksanaan kegiatan BSPS ini, bantuan yang diterima oleh calon penerima bantuan melalui buku tabungan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) sebesar Rp20 juta, dengan rincian Rp17,5 juta untuk pembelian bahan bangunan dan Rp2,5 juta untuk upah tukang.
“Saat ini, sebanyak 250 unit RTLH telah selesai tahap verifikasi untuk selanjutnya menunggu SK (Surat Keputusan) dari Direktur Jenderal Perumahan agar dapat dilaksanakan ke tahap berikutnya untuk penyaluran BSPS. Kami optimis, program BSPS di Kalsel yang dilaksanakan dengan bersungguh-sungguh akan memberikan kontribusi nyata terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan dan pengentasan kemiskinan,” tuturnya.
Anggoro menambahkan, penandatanganan perjanjian kerja sama Kementerian PUPR dengan PT BSI dilaksanakan di Kantor Cabang Martapura, Kabupaten Banjar, Kota Martapura pada Rabu lalu, 21 Februari 2024.
“Penandatangan kerja sama antara Satker (Satuan Kerja) Penyediaan Perumahan Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dengan BSI ini, merupakan sebagai bentuk upaya mewujudkan pelaksanaan penyaluran bantuan BSPS tahun anggaran 2024. BSI sebagai bank penyalur dana BSPS dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan BSPS Tahun Anggaran 2024, diharapkan dapat menjadi lebih baik, serta dapat terus membantu mewujudkan program kegiatan BSPS yang tepat sasaran, tepat guna, tepat waktu dan akuntabel, sehingga dapat membantu mewujudkan perbaikan rumah tidak layak huni menjadi rumah layak huni di Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan,” harapnya.
Sementara itu, Region Chief Executive Officer (RCEO) Region IX Kalimantan Bank Syariah Indonesia, Ricky Ricardo mengatakan, siap mendukung penyaluran Program BSPS kepada masyarakat.
Bank Syariah Indonesia, sebagai Sahabat Sosial, Sahabat Finansial dan Sahabat Spiritual juga terus berkomitmen mempertahankan kinerja baik dalam menyalurkan bantuan secara efektif, cepat dan tepat waktu agar sesuai dengan ekspektasi Kementerian PUPR.
“Kami mendukung penuh pemerintah pusat tentang Program BSPS, serta bersyukur kembali dipercaya Kementerian PUPR sebagai mitra perbankan dalam penyaluran bantuan kepada masyarakat di Kalimantan Selatan,” katanya. (asp)
