SIARDAILY, Jawa Barat – Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), siap melaksanakan program bedah rumah atau peningkatan kualitas rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH) menjadi layak huni di Provinsi Jawa Barat, sebanyak 16.824 rumah milik masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR).
Untuk penyaluran Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) tahap pertama, saat ini sudah terverifikasi sebanyak 8.559 unit RTLH, yang akan mendapatkan dana stimulan pembangunan sebesar Rp20 juta per unit rumah.
“Bantuan Pembangunan Rumah Swadaya adalah program bantuan dan layanan rumah swadaya bagi masyarakat untuk menggerakkan dan meningkatkan keswadayaan dalam pemenuhan rumah layak huni dan lingkungannya. Kami ingin masyarakat bisa merasakan hasil pembangunan infrastruktur dan perumahan, sehingga mereka bisa tinggal di rumah yang layak huni,” ujar Direktur Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, Iwan Suprijanto, seperti dikutip dari keterangannya, Selasa 6 Juni 2023.

Iwan mengatakan, dalam Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat Republik Indonesia Nomor 7 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelaksanaan Bantuan Pembangunan Perumahan dan Penyediaan Rumah Khusus disebutkan, Program BSPS dan BSPS Sejahtera adalah dukungan dana pemerintah bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah kategori pra sejahtera, untuk memenuhi hunian dalam rangka meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat berasaskan kegotong-royongan.
“Dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan, penerima bantuan nantinya didampingi TFL (Tenaga Fasilitator Lapangan) Program BSPS. Mereka juga dibentuk kelompok, sehingga pembangunannya bisa dilaksanakan secara bergotong-royong agar cepat selesai,” tuturnya.
Kepala Balai Pelaksana Penyediaan Perumahan (BP2P) Jawa II Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan, Kiagoos Egie Ismail, didampingi Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen Rumah Swadaya dan Rumah Umum Komersial Satuan Kerja Penyediaan Perumahan Provinsi Jawa Barat, Indro Utomo, menjelaskan bahwa provinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun ini setidaknya akan dilaksanakan Program BSPS atau bedah rumah untuk 16.824 unit rumah tidak layak huni yang dihuni masyarakat.
Saat ini, pihaknya telah melaksanakan verifikasi untuk calon penerima Program BSPS berdasarkan nama dan alamat atau by name by address (BNBA) sebanyak 8.559 unit.
Berdasarkan data yang ada, penyaluran Program BSPS tahap pertama tersebar di 17 kabupaten dan kota, yaitu Kabupaten Cianjur 1.191 unit, Bandung Barat 1.070 unit, Bandung 2.461 unit, Bogor 373 unit, Purwakarta 204 unit, Garut 347 unit, Tasikmalaya 476 unit, Ciamis 80 unit, Kuningan 30 unit, Indramayu 1.072 unit, Cirebon 403 unit, Karawang 40 unit.
Selain itu, Program BSPS juga disalurkan ke sejumlah kota, di antaranya Kota Bogor 434 unit, Cimahi 53 unit, Bandung enam unit, Tasikmalaya 296 unit, dan Cirebon 23 unit.
“Setiap masyarakat yang rumahnya dibedah akan mendapatkan dana BSPS senilai Rp20 juta, dengan rincian Rp17,5 juta untuk pembelian bahan bangunan, dan Rp2,5 juta untuk upah tukang. Kami berharap, dukungan dari pemerintah daerah setempat, masyarakat, dan sektor swasta melalui program CSR ikut membantu dan mensukseskan pelaksanaan BSPS di Jawa Barat,” ujar Kiagoos. (as09)
