SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Semen Indonesia Tbk (SIG) mencatatkan penjualan sebanyak 40,62 juta ton atau meningkat 10 persen untuk tahun buku 2023, dibandingkan periode sebelumnya.

Peningkatan yang didorong penjualan semen curah domestik dan ekspor ini, antara lain dikontribusikan dari keterlibatan SIG dalam berbagai Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) seperti pembangunan infrastruktur Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Nusantara di Kalimantan Timur, Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera, serta proyek-proyek strategis nasional lainnya.

Corporate Secretary SIG, Vita Mahreyni mengatakan, SIG selalu siap untuk berkontribusi dalam setiap pembangunan di Indonesia, termasuk infrastruktur IKN Nusantara. Saat ini, SIG memasok 3.000 – 4.000 ton per hari untuk mendukung kebutuhan pembangunan infrastruktur IKN Nusantara. Mulai Desember 2022 hingga Februari 2024, SIG memasok 400 ribu ton bahan bangunan dari fasilitas di Balikpapan dan Samarinda.

“Memiliki keunggulan variasi produk semen curah yang lengkap untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konstruksi dan jaringan distribusi terluas di Indonesia, memposisikan SIG secara strategis untuk mendukung proyek infrastruktur nasional khususnya mega proyek IKN Nusantara. SIG siap memastikan kelancaran pasokan dan kualitas produk untuk mendukung percepatan pembangunan IKN melalui fasilitas di Balikpapan dan Samarinda yang secara geografis dekat dengan lokasi proyek,” kata Vita dalam keterangan resmi perseroan, Rabu 20 Maret 2024.

Dalam pembangunan insfrastruktur IKN Nusantara, produk bahan bangunan SIG digunakan untuk berbagai paket pekerjaan, seperti Istana Negara, Kantor Presiden, dan Lapangan Upacara yang berada di Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) hingga Jalan Tol IKN Seksi 3A (Karangjoang-KKT Kariangau), Seksi 3B (KKT Kariangau-Simpang Tempadung), dan Seksi 5A (Simpang Tempadung-Jembatan Pulau Balang).

Keberadaan jalan tol yang akan terhubung dengan Jalan Tol Balikpapan-Samarinda ini diharapkan dapat mempersingkat jarak tempuh dari Balikpapan menuju KIPP IKN dari sebelumnya sekitar dua jam menjadi 45 menit.

Selain itu, produk semen SIG juga digunakan untuk infrastruktur pendukung KIPP, yaitu Intake Sepaku dan Bendungan Sepaku yang akan berfungsi sebagai sarana penunjang untuk mencukupi kebutuhan air baku di IKN yang bersumber dari Sungai Sepaku yang berfungsi sebagai pengendali banjir di IKN.

Sepanjang 2023, selain IKN, Semen Indonesia dengan variasi produk yang tersedia mulai dari Tipe 1 (OPC), Tipe II, Tipe V, OWC dan produk semen ramah lingkungan, memasok 63 proyek strategis nasional mulai dari Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera, proyek smelter, PLTU/PLTA, bendungan dan kawasan industri.
