SIARDAILY, Jakarta – Direktur Utama PT Jasa Marga Tbk, Subakti Syukur kembali menerima penghargaan Indonesia Best 50 CEO 2024 (Employees Choice) dalam ajang 5th Anniversary Indonesia Best CEO Award 2024, Indonesia Popular CEO, dan Indonesia Public Leader 2024.
5th Anniversary Indonesia Best CEO Awards 2024, yang digelar di Jakarta pada Kamis 21 Maret2024, merupakan ajang penghargaan yang diadakan The Iconomics Media dan didukung Axia Research dan menjadi ajang tahunan bergengsi yang mempertemukan para pemimpin dan eksekutif dari berbagai industri di Indonesia.
Ajang penghargaan ini dihadiri Deputi III Kepala Staf Kepresidenan Edy Priyono, Direktur Jenderal Perdagangan Dalam Negeri Isy Karim, Founder & CEO The Iconomics Bram S. Putro, serta sejumlah pimpinan dan eksekutif berbagai industri di Indonesia.

Direktur Operasi PT Jasamarga Tollroad Maintenance (JMTM) Adhi Kristiawan yang hadir mewakili manajemen Jasa Marga mengatakan, penghargaan ini merupakan wujud apresiasi kepada Direktur Utama Jasa Marga yang berhasil memimpin Perusahaan dan memberikan kontribusi terbaik dalam pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia.
“Penghargaan ini tidak hanya menjadi kebanggaan bagi pemimpin kami, namun juga menjadi motivasi bagi seluruh Roadster Jasa Marga agar dapat meningkatkan kompetensi, sehingga dapat memberikan kinerja layanan operasional terbaik bagi pengguna jalan di seluruh jalan tol Jasa Marga Group,” kata Adhi.
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Deputi III Kepala Staf Kepresidenan Edy Priyono, yang mewakili Kepala Staf Kepresidenan Moeldoko mengatakan, Pemerintah memiliki visi Indonesia Maju pada tahun 2045, di mana Indonesia dapat menjadi negara maju dengan pendapatan perkapita sekitar 23 ribu dolar per tahun pada tahun 2045 mendatang atau tepat 100 tahun Indonesia merdeka.
“Tentu saja, target tersebut tidak mudah, sehingga dibutuhkan lompatan yang luar biasa. Karena itu, Presiden sendiri memberikan lima arahan yang menjadi pegangan di pemerintahan untuk bekerja. Lima arahan ini adalah Pembangunan SDM, Pembangunan Infrastruktur, Penyederhanaan Regulasi, Penyederhanaan Birokrasi dan Trasnformasi Ekonomi. Harapan kami, para pemimpin saat ini dapat meningkatkan kinerja Perusahaan yang sesuai dengan pedoman tersebut,” kata Edy dalam sambutannya.
Sementara itu, Founder & CEO The Iconomics Bram S. Putro mengatakan, ajang 5th Anniversary Indonesia Best CEO Awards 2024 telah memasuki tahun kelima. Penghargaan ini hanya diberikan kepada satu CEO di kategori industri masing-masing yang memenuhi indikator penilaian.
“Pada penghargaan Indonesia Best CEO 2024, The Iconomics Research melalukan studi yang menakar sejauh mana staf memberikan apresiasi terhadap upaya yang pimpinan lakukan dalam situasi yang umum maupun dalam situasi yang khusus seperti krisis. Hasil akhir penilaian didapatkan dari gabungan empat parameter yakni Popularity, Competency, Crisi Leadership, dan Personality,” ujar Bram.
Penilaian dalam ajang 5th Anniversary Indonesia Best CEO Awards 2024 ini dilakukan melalui survei terhadap ribuan staf atau karyawan berbagai industri dan kategori dengan total responden mendekati 10.000 (kumulatif) pada awal Februari 2023. Penilaian dilakukan melalui kuesioner online dan tanpa melakukan kuota geografis maupun jenjang jabatan.
Responden diminta melakukan penilaian terhadap CEO di institusinya dan diperkenankan melakukan penilaian terhadap CEO institusi lain dalam kategori industri atau kegiatan yang sejenis. Dengan mempertimbangkan efisiensi eksekusi, maka hanya 200 lebih CEO atau institusi yang diikutsertakan ke dalam survei. (asp)
