Laba Bersih BTN Syariah Melonjak 56 Persen

SIARDAILY, Jakarta – Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) atau BTN Syariah menunjukkan kinerja positif sepanjang kuartal I/2024. Laba bersih BTN Syariah pada periode Januari-Maret 2024 mencapai Rp164,1 miliar, melonjak 56,1 persen dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar Rp105,1 miliar.
Menurut Direktur Utama BTN, Nixon L.P. Napitupulu, kenaikan laba bersih BTN Syariah ditopang penyaluran pembiayaan yang meningkat 20 persen menjadi Rp39,1 triliun pada kuartal I/2024, dibandingkan dengan Rp32,6 triliun pada periode yang sama tahun lalu.
“Pertumbuhan double-digit juga terlihat di penghimpunan DPK (Dana Pihak Ketiga) BTN Syariah, yang mencapai 20,3 persen menjadi Rp42,9 triliun,” kata dia dalam konferensi pers di Menara BTN, Kamis sore, 25 April 2024.

Nixon melanjutkan, seiring dengan pertumbuhan positif di sisi pembiayaan dan penghimpunan DPK, BTN Syariah membukukan peningkatan aset sebesar 17,9 persen yoy menjadi Rp54,8 triliun pada kuartal I/2024, dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp46,5 triliun.
“BTN Syariah terus bertumbuh secara konsisten sebagai pemain kuat di salah satu ceruk bisnis yang sangat menarik di pasar perumahan domestik,” ungkap Nixon.
Keterlambatan Data
Sementara itu, pada kesempatan yang sama Nixon menjelaskan rencana merger antara BTN Syariah dengan PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk. Menurutnya, BTN belum dapat menjelaskan lebih jauh terkait aksi korporasi tersebut, karena adanya keterlambatan data dari Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP). Bahkan, data yang dikumpulkan molor dari target awal.
“Belum selesai ya, karena ada keterlambatan data yang kita terima, KAP molor jadi belum selesai,” ujarnya.
Nixon menambahkan, proses pengumpulan data yang paling lama terkumpul adalah data terkait dengan kredit. Sehingga, perseroan belum dapat mengambil keputusan apapun hingga semua data-data yang diperlukan dalam aksi korporasi tersebut lengkap. “Kami belum bisa ambil keputusan, karena datanya belum selesai,” ujarnya.
