SIARDAILY, Kaltim – Progres pengerjaan rumah dinas 36 menteri Kabinet Indonesia Maju di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), Kalimantan Timur, sudah mencapai 87 persen dan ditargetkan rampung secara menyeluruh pada Juli 2024.
“87 persen, tetapi nanti Juli pasti sudah 36 rumah,” kata Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono, saat peninjauan rumah dinasnya di Kawasan Inti Pusat Pemerintahan (KIPP) di IKN, Kalimantan Timur, hari ini, Selasa 7 Mei 2024.

Menteri Basuki, seperti dikutip dari laman Antara, menjelaskan bahwa rumah dua lantai dengan empat kamar tidur tersebut secara bangunan, mulai dari fisik material hingga arsitektural interior menggunakan produk dalam negeri. Sehingga, hal itu turut mendorong program Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) menjadi lebih optimal. “Cuma sistem smart home-nya saja yang tidak TKDN,” ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut, Basuki mengatakan, untuk suplai daya yang dipakai dalam rumah dinar menteri tersebut menggunakan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) berkekuatan 6.600 watt yang bisa mencukupi kebutuhan pasokan listrik rumah dinas secara menyeluruh.
Selain itu, dia memastikan, suplai air yang berasal dari reservoir KIPP cukup untuk memenuhi kebutuhan rumah dinas, serta air yang terdistribusi bisa diminum secara langsung.
Sebelumnya, Basuki mengatakan, Istana Negara dan Kantor Presiden di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN), Kalimantan Timur saat ini sudah memasuki pengerjaan arsitektural interior.
“Istana itu sudah 67 persen, nanti Juni sudah selesai. Sekarang sudah pengerjaan arsitektural, pekerjaan interior, ukiran, dan sebagainya. Sedangkan Kantor Presiden itu sudah 80 persen lebih. Jadi, semuanya insya Allah selesai pada bulan Juni,” kata dia, saat meninjau infrastruktur Kawasan Istana Presiden (KIP) di IKN, Senin kemarin, 6 Mei 2024.
Basuki menambahkan, secara garis besar barang yang dijadikan sebagai interior di Istana Negara maupun Kantor Presiden berasal dari dalam negeri, seperti Lampu dan ukiran yang berasal dari Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), serta Boyolali. (asp)
