SIARDAILY, Jakarta – Grup Salim melalui PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META), menjadi pengelola Jalan Tol Trans Jawa. Setelah perseroan mengakuisisi 35 persen saham anak usaha Jasa Marga, PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT).
Dikutip dari Keterbukaan Informasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), peralihan pengelolaan Tol Trans Jawa yang membentang dari Cikampek hingga Surabaya itu dilakukan melalui transaksi pembelian saham JTT.
Transaksi itu melibatkan anak usaha META, yakni PT Margautama Nusantara (MUN) dan konsorsium GIC-MPTC.
Sekretaris Perusahaan META, Dahlia Evawani mengatakan, transaksi tersebut bisa meningkatkan kapasitas portofolio perseroan di sektor jalan tol, sekaligus sebagai kontribusi signifikan terhadap pengembangan infrastruktur nasional.
“Dampak dari transaksi ini, tidak hanya akan memperluas portofolio investasi perseroan, tetapi juga dapat memperkuat sinergi dan kolaborasi badan usaha milik pemerintah dan swasta dalam upaya memberikan layanan terbaik bagi pengguna jalan tol,” kata Dahlia dalam keterangan resminya, Rabu 3 Juli 2024.

Dia menambahkan, pelaksanaan transaksi tidak akan berdampak negatif terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, maupun kelangsungan usaha perseroan. “Apabila di kemudian hari terdapat tambahan atau perubahan informasi atau fakta material lainnya, maka akan kami sampaikan dalam keterbukaan informasi selanjutnya,” ujarnya.
Grup Salim diketahui mengakuisisi sebanyak 6,20 miliar lembar saham milik PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk dan 205,4 juta saham KKMJ. Selain itu, PT JTT juga akan menerbitkan sebanyak 1,20 miliar saham portepel kepada MPTIS.
Sebagai informasi, Tol Trans Jawa secara total memiliki 13 ruas jalan tol yang membentang dari barat hingga timur Pulau Jawa mencapai sepanjang 676 kilometer.
Berikut adalah 13 ruas Jalan Tol Trans Jawa tersebut:
- Jakarta–Cikampek
- Jakarta-Cikampek II Elevated (MBZ)
- Palimanan–Kanci
- Batang–Semarang
- Semarang Seksi A, B, C
- Solo–Ngawi
- Ngawi-Kertosono-Kediri
- Surabaya–Mojokerto
- Surabaya–Gempol
- Gempol–Pasuruan
- Gempol–Pandaan
- Pandaan-Malang
