SIARDAILY, Palembang – PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) melalui Unit Usaha Syariah (BTN Syariah) bekerjasama dengan BP Tapera menggelar Akad Massal KPR Syariah sebanyak 2.300 unit secara serentak di seluruh Indonesia.
Gelaran akad massal KPR Syariah tersebut, dipusatkan di Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Raden Fatah, Palembang, Sumatera Selatan.
“Akad Massal KPR Syariah yang dilakukan serentak di seluruh Indonesia ini, selain untuk mendukung Program Sejuta Rumah, juga dalam rangka memperingati satu tahun KPR Tapera Syariah. Bank BTN termasuk BTN Syariah, ingin terus menjadi bagian penting pemerintah dalam mensejahterakan rakyat dalam mewujudkan rumah yang layak huni,” ujar Direktur Consumer BTN Hirwandi Gafar di Palembang, Sumatera Selatan, Selasa 26 September 2023.

Hirwandi mengatakan, BTN Syariah menyelenggarakan Akad Massal KPR Syariah Serentak untuk meningkatkan brand awareness KPR BTN Syariah dengan lokasi utama di Kota Palembang dan diikuti juga oleh 32 Kantor Cabang Syariah (KCS) di seluruh Indonesia.
“Target akad KPR Syariah adalah minimal 1.700 unit KPR Subsidi dan minimal 600 unit KPR Non Subsidi. Sehingga, total akad serentak KPR Syariah Bank BTN adalah minimal sebanyak 2.300 unit,” katanya.
Menurut Hirwandi, tahun ini, BTN Syariah menargetkan dapat menyalurkan pembiayaan syariah sekitar 45.750 unit. Jumlah tersebut, terdiri dari 35.150 KPR Syariah Subsidi dan 10.600 KPR Syariah Non Subsidi. “Dengan syarat yang mudah dan proses yang cepat, diharapkan target tersebut dapat tercapai pada tahun 2023 ini,” ujarnya.
Hirwandi menegaskan, BTN Syariah akan tetap fokus melayani seluruh Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR) di berbagai segmentasi yang ingin memiliki rumah bersubsidi pemerintah melalui program KPR Sejahtera FLPP dan KPR Tapera Syariah.
Dia mengungkapkan, BTN Syariah memiliki kepedulian tinggi untuk keberlanjutan berbagai program pemerintah termasuk program perumahan rakyat. Untuk itu, pelaksanaan Akad KPR Massal yang BTN Syariah lakukan serentak di seluruh Indonesia merupakan wujud nyata dalam mendukung keberlanjutan program perumahan rakyat.
“Dukungan BTN Syariah terhadap keberlanjutan program perumahan rakyat salah satunya dengan terus berupaya meningkatkan pelayanannya sampai kepada sektor informal yang ingin memiliki rumah melalui kerjasama dengan organisasi seperti PP Muhammdiyah, NU (Nahdlatul Ulama), dan lainnya,” ungkap Hirwandi.
Sementara itu, Komisioner BP Tapera, Adi Setianto mengatakan, BP Tapera telah menyalurkan pembiayaan syariah yang bersumber dari dana FLPP tahun 2022, sebanyak 42.237 unit senilai Rp4,62 triliun dan per 15 September 2023 sebanyak 31.299 unit senilai Rp3,46 triliun.
Khusus untuk Sumatera Selatan, tersalurkan sebanyak 2.085 unit yang terdiri dari 213 perumahan, 133 pengembang, dua bank, di 10 kota/kabupaten. Sedangkan untuk pembiayaan syariah yang bersumber dari dana Tapera, sejak tahun 2021 hingga 14 September 2023, BP Tapera merealisasikan akad sebanyak 1.660 unit rumah.
“Kami berharap, masyarakat di provinsi Sumatera Selatan, bisa memanfaatkan program pembiayaan perumahan untuk rumah Tapera ini, karena rumah Tapera adalah rumah yang berkualitas, dihuni dan tepat sasaran,” ujar Adi.
Direktur Jenderal Pembiayaan Infrastruktur Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, Herry Trisaputra Zuna sendiri mengaku pembiayaan perumahan syariah di Indonesia sendiri baru mencapai 10 persen.
Padahal, kata dia, dengan potensi masyarakat yang mayoritas muslim, seharusnya pembiayaan syariah, khususnya di sektor perumahan angkanya bisa lebih ditingkatkan dari realisasi yang ada saat ini.
“Ini anomali yang terjadi di Indonesia, padahal dengan penduduk muslim yang mencapai 90 persen, seharusnya pembiayaan perumahan syariahnya bisa lebih dari 10 persen. Angka ini yang harus bisa kita balik ke depannya,” ujarnya.
Herry juga meminta kepada stakeholder terkait, agar lebih mensosialisasikan pembiayaan perumahan syariah serta memodifikasi aturan-aturannya agar tidak lagi dinilai sama dengan pembiayaan konvensional. (asp)
