SIARDAILY, Jakarta – Laba Unit Usaha Syariah milik PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk., mencatatkan lonjakan positif per kuartal III/2023. Kinerja BTN Syariah tersebut, ikut mendongkrak perolehan laba bersih BTN untuk periode 30 September 2023.
Adapun, laporan keuangan BTN menunjukkan laba bersih Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) BTN melonjak 70,40 persen secara tahunan (year-on-year/yoy) dari Rp235,27 miliar di kuartal III/2022 menjadi senilai Rp400,89 miliar pada periode yang sama 2023.
Direktur Utama BTN, Nixon LP Napitupulu mengatakan, kinerja positif BTN Syariah tersebut sejalan dengan semakin besarnya minat masyarakat Indonesia untuk membeli rumah melalui skema pembiayaan syariah.
“Masyarakat Indonesia mayoritas merupakan Muslim, yang merupakan basis nasabah yang kuat untuk bisnis pembiayaan perumahan dengan skema syariah. Kami optimis, BTN Syariah memiliki ruang besar untuk terus bertumbuh besar, sehingga dapat melayani kebutuhan pembiayaan perumahan masyarakat Indonesia,” ujar Nixon di Jakarta, Senin 27 November 2023.

Perolehan laba bersih BTN Syariah tersebut, disumbang penyaluran pembiayaan yang naik hingga 17,94 persen yoy dari Rp30,35 triliun menjadi Rp35,79 triliun per kuartal III/2023. Hingga kuartal III/2023, pembiayaan perumahan tercatat masih mendominasi penyaluran pembiayaan di BTN Syariah atau sebesar 97,43 persen.
BTN Syariah juga menghimpun dana pihak ketiga (DPK) senilai Rp36,25 triliun pada kuartal III/2023, atau naik 16,76 persen yoy dari Rp31,05 triliun di kuartal III/2022. Dengan kinerja tersebut, aset syariah tercatat naik 17,26 persen yoy dari Rp41,29 triliun pada kuartal III/2022, menjadi Rp48,41 triliun per kuartal III/2023.
Sementara itu, laba bersih BTN Syariah turut menopang perolehan laba bersih BTN. Per kuartal III/2023, BTN mencatatkan laba bersih senilai Rp2,31 triliun atau sesuai target perseroan. Selain disumbang bisnis syariah, perolehan laba bersih BTN juga ditopang bisnis perseroan yang positif mulai dari KPR, high yield loan, hingga lonjakan fee based income.
Nixon menambahkan, hingga akhir tahun, perseroan optimis akan mencatatkan kinerja sesuai target yang dipatok. “Mulai bergairahnya sektor perumahan dan insentif pemerintah akan semakin mendorong bisnis pembiayaan sektor perumahan tumbuh positif hingga 2024. Momentum tersebut, terus kami manfaatkan dengan berbagai inisiatif bisnis yang terus kami lakukan,” ujarnya.
Kinerja BTN
Sementara itu, laporan keuangan BTN menunjukkan per kuartal III/2023, bank yang berfokus pada pembiayaan perumahan ini mencatatkan total kredit dan pembiayaan senilai Rp318,30 triliun atau naik 9,87 persen yoy. Peningkatan tersebut, didorong pertumbuhan Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) Subsidi yang naik 11,87 persen yoy dari Rp140,97 triliun menjadi Rp157,71 triliun pada kuartal III/2023.
Berbagai inisiatif BTN pun terus menunjukkan kinerja positif. Segmen high yield loan misalnya, menunjukkan kinerja moncer. Kredit Ringan (Kring) untuk pegawai naik 17,59 persen yoy menjadi Rp4,32 triliun per kuartal III/2023. Di periode yang sama, Kredit Agunan Rumah (KAR) tumbuh 10,63 persen yoy menjadi Rp7,34 triliun. Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) pun melonjak 162,82 persen yoy menjadi Rp1,60 triliun di kuartal III/2023.
Ekosistem transaksi digital BTN juga menyumbang kenaikan signifikan pada fee-based income. Di ekosistem ini, BTN menawarkan layanan lengkap mulai dari transaksi untuk wholesale hingga ritel melalui BTN Mobile. Dengan berbagai kinerja tersebut, BTN mencatatkan total fee-based income per kuartal III/2023 naik sebesar 67,32 persen yoy menjadi Rp2,36 triliun.
Di sisi lain, BTN juga telah menghimpun dana pihak ketiga (DPK) senilai Rp323,90 triliun atau naik 3,54 persen yoy dari Rp312,84 triliun pada kuartal III/2022. Inisiatif BTN dalam menjaga biaya dana (cost of funds/CoF) turut meningkatkan porsi dana murah. Porsi dana murah (current account savings account/CASA) BTN tercatat naik 358 basis poin (bps) menjadi 49,48 persen per kuartal III/2023. Dengan keseluruhan kinerja tersebut, per kuartal III/2023, total aset BTN mencapai Rp409,68 triliun atau naik 5,24 persen yoy. (asp)
