Corporate Secretary BNI Mucharom menyampaikan bahwa BNI adalah perusahaan milik pemerintah yang menjalankan bisnis di dalam koridor dan pengawasan pemerintah sekaligus Otoritas Jasa Keuangan.
Penyaluran kredit ke pihak mana pun pasti melewati proses legal termasuk persyaratan agunan yang sesuai dengan nilai fasilitas pinjaman.

Audit internal dan eksternal BNI terus berjalan secara reguler untuk terus memastikan berbagai tindak fraud yang dapat merugikan perusahaan sebagai penjaga aset negara.
Terkait debitur BNI asal Sumatra Selatan yang disebut-sebut dengan inisial BG telah bermitra sejak 2017, pemberian kredit sudah dipastikan memiliki jaminan agunan dan sesuai dengan ketentuan. Bahkan fasilitas kredit debitur tersebut dalam kondisi lancar.
“Kami dapat pastikan semua proses legal dalam penyaluran kredit kami sesuai dengan koridor yang berlaku. Kami harap tidak ada lagi pihak manapun yang sengaja mengumbar hoaks yang membuat masyarakat resah demi mencari keuntungan semata,” sebutnya.
Terkait Batu Bara, Mucharom melanjutkan penyaluran kredit yang dilakukan oleh BNI dilakukan secara konservatif dengan memperhatikan semua ketentuan dari kementerian & lembaga berwenang.
Kredit pertambangan rupiah dan mata uang asing BNI termasuk per kuartal pertama 2022 hanya 3,23% dari total kredit BNI.

Langkah penyaluran kredit pertambangan pun diikuti dengan komitmen green banking yang mana kredit kami untuk sektor energi baru dan terbarukan telah mencapai Rp10,3 triliun.
“Kami juga telah menyalurkan pembiayaan untuk penanganan polusi mencapai Rp6,8 triliun, serta segmen pengelolaan air dan air limbah senilai Rp23,3 triliun,” imbuhnya. (zh1)
