SIARDAILY, Jakarta – Para pengusaha asal Jerman yang difasilitasi Kamar Dagang Jerman-Indonesia (EKONID) menyatakan ketertarikan dengan proyek pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN) Nusantara di Kalimantan Timur.
Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono mengatakan, Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementerian PUPR sangat terbuka kepada investor untuk menjajaki kerja sama berbagai sektor infrastruktur di IKN Nusantara, melalui skema Kerja sama Pemerintah dengan Badan Usaha (KPBU).
“Presiden Joko Widodo telah menawarkan proyek IKN berpotensi penuh untuk investasi dengan skema public private partnership dalam pembangunan gedung, perumahan, rumah sakit, pusat komersial, dan lainnya,” kata Menteri Basuki, seperti dikutip dari keterangannya, Rabu 14 Juni 2023.

Pada kesempatan tersebut, Menteri Basuki juga menyampaikan kemungkinan kerja sama dengan para pengusaha asal Jerman tersebut, terkait pemanfaatan inovasi teknologi yang mengedepankan keberlanjutan lingkungan untuk diimplementasikan dalam mendukung pembangunan IKN.
“Karena kondisi geo-nya sangat spesifik, kondisi tanah. Mungkin Anda memiliki teknologi yang dapat digunakan untuk mendukung kami. Kami juga harus tahu bahwa Anda memiliki ahli geotek, sehingga kami dapat mendiskusikan secara detail,” kata Menteri Basuki kepada para Delegasi Konstruksi Jerman tersebut.
Menteri Basuki mengaku Kementerian PUPR sudah memulai pembangunan infrastruktur dasar di IKN sejak awal September 2022 lalu, di antaranya pembangunan jalan tol dan jalan nasional, penyediaan air baku, infrastruktur pengendali banjir, rumah untuk pekerja konstruksi IKN, dan rumah dinas menteri.
Dia juga menyampaikan, pentingnya penggunaan komponen produk dalam negeri (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) dalam pembangunan proyek IKN Nusantara untuk menjaga roda ekonomi nasional.
Menteri Basuki mengapresiasi, atas kerja sama yang terjalin antara Pemerintah Indonesia dengan Jerman dalam pembangunan infrastruktur sanitasi, yakni Tempat Pemrosesan Akhir (TPA) melalui Program Emission Reduction in Cities–Solid Waste Management (ERIC-SWM) yang tersebar di Kota Malang, Kota Jambi, Kabupaten Sidoarjo, dan Kabupaten Jombang.
Turut mendampingi Menteri Basuki, Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian PUPR Mohammad Zainal Fatah, Dirjen Bina Marga Hedy Rahadian, Dirjen Cipta Karya Diana Kusumastuti, Dirjen Pembiayaan Infrastruktur dan Perumahan Herry Trisaputra Zuna, dan Dirjen Bina Konstruksi Rachman Arief Dienaputra. (asp)
