SIARDAILY, Sumatera Utara – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) dan PT Hutama Marga Waskita (Hamawas) akan mengoperasikan dua ruas jalan tol sepanjang 15,6 kilometer dan 28,5 Km mulai hari ini, Jumat 10 November 2023, pukul 10.00 WIB.
Hal itu, menyusul terbitnya Keputusan Menteri (Kepmen) Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Nomor 1401/KPTS/M/2023 tentang Penetapan Pengoperasian Jalan Tol Indrapura – Kisaran Seksi Indrapura – Lima Puluh serta Kepmen PUPR Nomor 1518/KPTS/M/2023 tanggal 25 Oktober 2023 tentang Penetapan Pengoperasian Jalan Tol Kuala Tanjung – Tebing Tinggi – Parapat Seksi 1 Tebing Tinggi – Junction Indrapura dan seksi 2 Segmen Junction Indrapura – Simpang Susun Indrapura.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Sekretaris Perusahaan Hutama Karya, Tjahjo Purnomo mengatakan, dua ruas tol itu sebelumnya sudah melalui Uji Laik Fungsi (ULF) pada tanggal 22 – 25 Agustus 2023 dan telah memenuhi Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) dengan dikeluarkannya Sertifikat Laik Operasi (SLO) pada 8 September 2023 untuk Jalan Tol Indrapura – Lima Puluh dan untuk Jalan Tol Tebing Tinggi – Indrapura pada 19 September 2023.
“Hutama Karya akan mengoperasikan Jalan Tol Indrapura – Lima Puluh, sementara Hamawas mengoperasikan Jalan Tol Tebing Tinggi – Parapat Seksi 1 Tebing Tinggi – Junction Indrapura. Berbagai kesiapan pengoperasian telah dilakukan, termasuk pelatihan dan simulasi yang meliputi aspek keselamatan, manajemen lalu lintas jalan, sarana jalan, bangunan pelengkap, operasi & administrasi, serta terkait kesamaptaan, pelayanan prima, penanganan gawat darurat, dan lainnya kepada sebanyak 216 personil siaga yang akan bertugas,” tutur Tjahjo dalam keterangan resminya.

Tjahjo menambahkan, selama masa sosialisasi, kedua jalan tol tersebut masih belum dikenakan tarif hingga terbitnya penetapan Kepmen Tarif. Namun, Hutama Karya mengimbau pengguna jalan untuk tetap melakukan tapping kartu Uang Elektronik (UE) di gerbang tol, memastikan fisik kartu UE dalam kondisi baik dan chip-nya masih berfungsi, serta tetap memastikan kecukupan saldonya.
“Dari sisi fasilitas, telah dilengkapi dengan empat gardu tol, 29 unit CCTV, tiga unit VMS, dan 27 unit armada siaga pada Jalan Tol Indrapura – Lima Puluh dan dua gerbang tol, tujuh gardu tol, 70 unit CCTV, empat unit VMS, serta 16 unit armada siaga pada Jalan Tol Tebing Tinggi – Indrapura,” ujar Tjahjo.
Menurut Tjahjo, kedua ruas tol itu nantinya akan saling terintegrasi, sehingga pengguna jalan akan mengawali perjalanan dengan masuk ke entrance Jalan Tol Tebing Tinggi – Indrapura sepanjang 28,3 Km terlebih dahulu, baru dilanjutkan ke Jalan Tol Indrapura – Lima Puluh sepanjang 15,60 Km.
“Integrasi jalan tol ini dapat memangkas waktu tempuh dari arah Tebing Tinggi ke daerah Lima Puluh yang sebelumnya lebih dari 1,5 jam menjadi 20 menit saja,” tutur Tjahjo.
Sementara itu, kehadiran dua jalan tol itu nantinya akan menghubungkan sentra produksi, meningkatkan perekonomian bagi masyarakat Sumatera Utara, khususnya kawasan yang berada di sekitar on/of ramp jalan tol, dandan mempercepat aksesibilitas logistik dari dan ke Kuala Tanjung, serta sebagai backbone ke arah Kawasan Ekonomi Khusus (Sei Mangkei).
Hutama Karya dan Hamawas mengimbau kepada seluruh pengguna jalan untuk berkendara sesuai dengan tata tertib dan ketentuan yang berlaku di jalan tol. Berkendara dengan kecepatan minimum 80 km/jam dan maksimum 100 km/jam, dan tidak menggunakan bahu jalan kecuali dalam keadaan darurat.
Pengguna jalan juga diminta untuk segera beristirahat di tempat istirahat terdekat apabila merasa mengantuk, dan apabila terdapat keluhan atau melihat tindak kejahatan yang ada di jalan tol, agar segera melapor ke Call Centre masing-masing ruas tol. (asp)
