SIARDAILY, Jakarta – Pemerintah menyatakan telah menuntaskan pembangunan sebanyak 195 proyek strategis nasional (PSN) pada periode tahun 2016 hingga Februari 2024. PSN yang dibangun tersebut, dengan total anggaran sebesar Rp1.519 triliun.
“Secara kumulatif dari tahun 2016 sampai dengan Februari 2024, sudah selesai 195 PSN dan beroperasi penuh, dengan nilai sebesar Rp1.519 triliun. Sedangkan 77 proyek dan 13 proyek dalam tahap konstruksi, ataupun produksi sebagian atau operasi sebagian nilainya Rp2.960,7 triliun,” kata Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian (Menko Perekonomian) Airlangga Hartarto dalam keterangan pers di Komplek Istana Kepresidenan Jakarta, usai mengikuti rapat terbatas (Ratas) yang dipimpin Presiden RI Joko Widodo (Jokowi), Senin 18 Maret 2024.

Pada tahun ini, kata Airlangga, pemerintah menargetkan akan menuntaskan pembangunan 41 PSN. Dengan rincian, lima proyek ditargetkan selesai pada periode Januari-Maret, 24 proyek pada periode April-September, dan 12 proyek pada periode Oktober-Desember.
“Dari 36 PSN yang selesai di April sampai Desember, terdapat berbagai isu yang dilaporkan, terutama terkait dengan pengadaan lahan dan tata ruang. Tadi sudah dibahas, dan hingga akhir 2024, dibutuhkan dukungan dari seluruh stakeholders,” ujarnya.
Di dalam Ratas, kata Airlangga, juga dibahas mengenai pembangunan 14 PSN baru, yang seluruhnya akan dibiayai oleh sektor swasta. Dia menekankan, pembangunan PSN tersebut akan memicu penciptaan lapangan kerja bagi masyarakat.
“Dilaporkan kepada Bapak Presiden, 14 PSN yang baru, pembiayaannya murni dari swasta, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan tidak membutuhkan APBN (Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara), dan ini disetujui oleh Pak Presiden,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang (ATR)/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono menekankan pentingnya ketersediaan lahan yang clean and clear terkait dengan pembangunan PSN.
“Prinsipnya adalah bagaimana kita ingin pembangunan PSN ini berjalan dengan lancar, progresif, lebih cepat lebih bagus. Tetapi, kita juga harus menyakinkan bahwa tidak menyisakan permasalahan di kemudian hari. Jadi, statusnya harus clean and clear untuk tanah yang akan digunakan,” kata Agus. (asp)
