SIARDAILY, Jawa Tengah – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) terus mengebut pembangunan proyek Jalan Tol Semarang-Demak Seksi 1A, Semarang, dengan progres per akhir Maret 2024 mencapai 31,47 persen. Hal tersebut, dilakukan selama Ramadhan 1445 Hijriah/2024 Masehi,
Executive Vice President (EVP) Sekretaris Perusahaan Hutama Karya, Adjib Al Hakim mengatakan, pada Seksi 1A, Hutama Karya mengerjakan tiga bagian, yaitu jembatan Kaligawe, approach (jembatan peralihan dari jembatan Kaligawe menuju jalan layang), serta elevated (struktur tol jalan layang) sepanjang 1,75 kilometer.
“Proyek ini berjalan dengan progres signifikan dari rencana awal dan ditargetkan selesai pada April 2025 mendatang dan nantinya difungsikan untuk memperlancar lalu lintas, serta mencegah banjir rob di kawasan Kaligawe dan Sayung,” ujar Adjib dalam keterangan resminya, Rabu 3 April 2024.

Lebih lanjut, Adjib menjelaskan, pekerjaan yang sudah selesai hingga saat ini adalah pembangunan jembatan Kaligawe beserta jalan aksesnya (oprit) dan area bawah jembatan, termasuk tikungan bawah jembatan yang kerap tergenang akibat banjir.
Sedangkan pekerjaan yang masih berlangsung pada area jembatan Kaligawe, yakni jalan masuk dan keluar tol Semarang ABC, pelebaran akses jalan Kaligawe, dan transisi struktur eksisting. Kemudian, pada area approach sedang dilakukan persiapan pekerjaan pemancangan, serta pada area elevated tengah dikerjakan pemancangan, pekerjaan struktur di bawah kolom (pilecap), pekerjaan kolom, pekerjaan kepala kolom (pier head) dan pekerjaan struktur lainnya.
Jalan tol ini dibangun untuk memenuhi kebutuhan jaringan jalan di wilayah pantai utara Provinsi Jawa Tengah, sebagai solusi permasalahan banjir rob di Kota Semarang dan Kabupaten Demak, serta beberapa daerah Pantai Utara Jawa (Pantura) yang disebabkan kombinasi antara perubahan iklim dan penurunan muka tanah. Sebagai tanggul laut, tol ini akan dilengkapi dengan kolam retensi sehingga menjadi keunikan tersendiri.
Mendukung konektivitas selama mudik Lebaran tahun 2024, jembatan Kaligawe akan dioperasikan secara fungsional sejak H-10 Lebaran, agar arus mudik dapat berjalan lancar, di mana pekerjaan lainnya akan dihentikan selama arus mudik dan balik lebaran.
Pada jembatan juga terpasang rambu-rambu, serta kelengkapan jalan lainnya seperti marka, water barrier, concrete barrier, penerangan jalan hingga informasi lalu lintas dalam bentuk spanduk. Selain itu, Hutama Karya juga membuka posko pantau untuk memonitor arus lalu lintas sekaligus kondisi area utama pekerjaan.
Dalam percepatan konstruksi, dilakukan penerapan lean construction untuk perencanaan yang efektif, penggunaan teknologi digital construction dalam perancangan, pengendalian dan evaluasi pekerjaan serta hal signifikan lainnya yang dapat membantu proses pekerjaan.
Adjib juga mengatakan, Hutama Karya berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan jalan tol yang merupakan bagian dari Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) ini sesuai target, sehingga dapat segera memangkas waktu perjalanan dari Semarang menuju Demak yang selama ini ditempuh dalam waktu 1,5 jam menjadi 20 menit serta meningkatkan perekonomian setempat.
“Dengan progres yang telah dicapai, kehadiran proyek ini nantinya dapat memberikan manfaat yang signifikan bagi masyarakat,” tutur Adjib. (asp)
