SIARDAILY, Yogyakarta – PT Hutama Karya (Hutama Karya) tengah menyelesaikan proyek pembangunan Gedung Ibu dan Anak RSUP Dr Sardjito, Sleman, Yogyakarta senilai Rp267 miliar, dengan progres pengerjaan saat ini lebih cepat dari rencana per bulan April 2024 yang mencapai 79,3 persen dan ditargetkan selesai pada November mendatang.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Sekretaris Perusahaan Hutama Karya, Adjib Al Hakim mengatakan, proyek ini difungsikan untuk meningkatkan ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, kualitas, rujukan dan infrastruktur, terutama pada pelayanan kesehatan ibu dan anak di wilayah Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya, serta dimanfaatkan sebagai fasilitas tanggap darurat, tanggap bencana alam dan tanggap pandemi.
“RSUP Dr Sardjito nantinya akan menjadi salah satu dari enam Rumah Sakit rujukan nasional, sehingga perlu ditingkatkan secara infrastruktur, peralatan medis hingga pengembangan sumber daya manusia dengan fokus pada kesehatan ibu dan anak, onkologi, kesehatan pernafasan serta penerapan terapi sel induk,” ujar Adjib dalam keterangan resminya, Kamis 2 Mei 2024.

Adjib menambahkan, pada bangunan yang memiliki desain unik dengan memadukan elemen arsitektur kearifan lokal bermotif batik ini, Hutama Karya menyelesaikan sejumlah pekerjaan berupa struktur bawah dan struktur atas, serta menyisakan pekerjaan arsitektur dan interior, power house, selasar, instalasi tangki air bawah tanah, site development dan utilitas Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP).
Untuk mempercepat penyelesaian proyek, lanjut dia, Hutama Karya menggunakan teknologi Building Information Modelling (BIM), guna menghindari pekerjaan berulang dan mengidentifikasi potensi ketidaksesuaian pekerjaan. Selain itu, juga dilakukan serangkaian upaya dalam meminimalisir dampak lingkungan dengan rutin melakukan pengendalian terhadap penyebaran debu dan pembersihan di area proyek, manajemen pengelolaan limbah proyek, serta mengatur jadwal pekerjaan-pekerjaan tertentu di luar waktu operasional mengingat pekerjaan berada di lingkungan Rumah Sakit yang tetap beroperasi.
Proyek Baru di Bali
Selain proyek RS Sardjito yang cukup progresif, Hutama Karya juga berhasil mendapatkan kontrak baru untuk proyek konstruksi penyesuaian layout Gedung Estetika RSUP Prof Dr dr IGNG Ngoerah, Denpasar, Bali. Kontrak ditandatangani EVP Divisi Gedung Hutama Karya, Nyoman Endi Mahendra bersama Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) Pengeluaran Anggaran Belanja Modal Khusus Gedung Estetika, dr. Affan Priyambodo Permana, Sp. BS (K) serta Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran atau Barang RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, dr. I Wayan Sudana, M.Kes di Aula Yudistira (Aula VIP) RSUP Prof. Dr. I.G.N.G. Ngoerah, Denpasar pada Senin lalu (25/3).
Proyek tersebut, dikerjakan dalam rangka meningkatkan fasilitas kesehatan dan estetika setara pelayanan internasional, menarik potensi wisatawan lokal dan mancanegara untuk melakukan perawatan kecantikan sekaligus mendukung program Medical Tourism di Bali.
“Gedung estetika ini merupakan salah satu proyek percontohan kerja sama Indonesia dengan Korea Selatan dalam bidang beauty and wellness, serta akan dijadikan sebagai rumah sakit vertikal yang menjadi rujukan di Provinsi Bali dan sekitarnya,” ujar Adjib.
Pada percepatan pengerjaan yang ditargetkan selesai pada Juli 2024 mendatang, proyek ini menerapkan teknologi Building Information Modeling (BIM) untuk membuat pemodelan fisik gedung sesuai dengan rencana, melakukan perhitungan volume material secara cepat, visualisasi progres proyek dalam bentuk tiga dimensi, serta membantu penyusunan rencana dan realisasi pekerjaan.
Adjib mengatakan, Hutama Karya berkomitmen untuk mendukung kemajuan fasilitas kesehatan di Indonesia dengan menyelesaikan proyek secara tepat waktu, tepat mutu, tepat biaya, zero accident, serta menjaga kualitas pekerjaan dengan perencanaan yang baik dan evaluasi pekerjaan secara berkala. “Diharapkan kedua Rumah Sakit ini, nantinya dapat menjadi transformasi dalam pelayanan kesehatan yang semakin maju dan modern,” tutur Adjib.
