SIARDAILY, Sumatera Barat – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) fokus pada penyelesaian Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN), salah satunya Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera (JTTS) Tahap I di sisa tahun ini. Di antaranya, proyek Jalan Tol Padang–Sicincin.
Pembangunan proyek jalan tol sepanjang 36,6 kilometer tersebut sudah mencapai lebih dari 61 persen, dengan progres pengadaan lahan yang masih menyisakan di beberapa titik, antara lain KM 31 hingga KM 33, serta beberapa bidang lahan di Nagari Sungai Buluh Selatan.
Direktur Operasi III Hutama Karya, Koentjoro mengatakan, perseroan mengharapkan lahan di dua titik tersebut dapat dibebaskan secepatnya, sehingga bisa segera menyambungkan Jalan Tol Padang Sicincin secara utuh.
“Selain pembangunan fisik yang progresif, pengadaan lahan juga bertumbuh signifikan yakni 95,97 persern. Capaian tersebut tidak terlepas dari dukungan Pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Barat selama ini. Di samping capaian yang positif ini, kami masih membutuhkan support dari Pemprov Sumatera Barat untuk penetapan lokasi lahan akses, juga Kanwil BPN Provinsi Sumbar, serta berbagai pihak untuk pembebasan keseluruhan lahan agar operasional Tol Padang-Sicincin dapat segera direalisasikan sepenuhnya,” ujarnya seperti dalam keterangan resminya, Senin 20 Mei 2024.

Lebih lanjut, Koentjoro mengatakan, tantangan penyelesaian pembangunan jalan bebas hambatan pertama di Provinsi Sumatera Barat adalah pengadaan lahan, serta kontur tanah yang berbukit-bukit yang memerlukan kecermatan dalam pembangunan konstruksi. Namun, berkat dukungan seluruh elemen yang terlibat dalam proses pembebasan ini, progress pembangunan di lapangan dapat diakselerasikan, dan agar bisa segera dinikmati masyarakat setempat.
“Melihat progres ini, kita optimis bila pembebasan lahan dapat diselesaikan sesuai target, maka penyelesaian proyek akan dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu,” ujar Koentjoro.
Jalan tol yang dinantikan oleh masyarakat Sumatera Barat ini akan memiliki sejumlah fasilitas, di antaranya tiga gerbang tol, satu pasang Tempat Istirahat & Pelayanan (TIP) Tipe A pada STA 23+000 A, dan sejumlah bangunan persilangan, seperti delapan jembatan sungai, dua jembatan irigasi, dan 14 jembatan underbridge.
Selain itu, Jalan tol ini juga akan dilengkapi dengan jumlah lajur 2×2, dengan kecepatan rencana 80 km/jam. Hal ini akan mempersingkat waktu tempuh dari Padang ke Bukittinggi menjadi hanya satu jam, sehingga dapat meningkatkan pariwisata daerah dan pengembangan wilayah sekitar. (asp)
