SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) meningkatkan kenyamanan bagi nasabahnya dalam bertransaksi digital, dengan menampilkan tiga fitur baru pada aplikasi digital unggulannya, BTN Mobile.
Tiga fitur baru tersebut, adalah fitur reksadana, online money changer, dan top up electronic money (e-money).
SEVP Digital Business BTN, Thomas Wahyudi mengatakan, ketiga fitur itu akan menjadi fitur favorit baru para nasabah BTN, agar lebih siap mengelola keuangan dan bertransaksi dengan lebih mudah dan efisien.
“Melalui fitur Reksadana, BTN Mobile memberikan kemudahan bagi para penggunanya dengan transaksi investasi yang aman, mudah, dan kredibel. Nasabah bisa menentukan portofolio investasi berdasarkan analisa profil risiko yang telah dilakukan,” ujar Thomas dalam keterangan resmisnya di Jakarta, Senin 1 Juli 2024.

Dia menabahkan, untuk fitur reksadana, BTN menggandeng sejumlah manajer investasi di antaranya Trimegah Asset Management, Manulife Asset Management Indonesia, Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, Sucorinvest Asset Management, Batavia Prosperindo Asset Management, Schroders Investment Management Indonesia, Bahana TCW Investment Management, dan BRI Manajemen Investasi.
Kerja sama diakukan dengan menghadirkan berbagai produk reksadana, mulai dari jenis reksadana pasar uang, reksa dana pendapatan tetap, reksadana saham maupun reksadana campuran. Dengan fitur Reksadana ini, nasabah bisa menikmati informasi terkini tentang reksadana, kemudahan dalam pembelian dan penjualan reksadana, serta memantau portofolio investasi secara real-time.
“Target kami, bisa terus menghadirkan berbagai produk reksa dana dari banyak manager investasi mengikuti perkembangan kebutuhan investasi nasabah, sehingga lini produk reksadananya semakin variatif sesuai dengan profil investasi nasabah BTN,” ujar Thomas.
Kemudian, fitur Online Money Changer yang memudahkan nasabah untuk menukar mata uang asing, khususnya US Dollar, dengan nilai tukar yang kompetitif. Nasabah bisa melakukan transaksi penukaran mata uang asing dan melacak riwayat transaksinya langsung dari ponsel mereka secara real time. Ke depan, akan ada penambahan mata uang lainnya untuk memenuhi semua kebutuhan Sahabat BTN.
“Pengembangan fitur BTN Mobile menjawab kebutuhan nasabah yang memerlukan layanan yang lebih cepat, simple, serta adaptif dengan dinamika kehidupan mereka, namun tetap efisien. BTN mencatat pertumbuhan pada keseluruhan jenis transaksi pada BTN Mobile sebesar kurang lebih 150 persen pada Mei 2024, dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya.” kata Thomas.
BTN, lanjut dia, juga akan meluncurkan salah satu fitur yang paling ditunggu nasabah yaitu Top Up E-Money di BTN Mobile. Inovasi ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan nasabah dalam bertransaksi elektronik.
Selain fitur-fitur baru tersebut, BTN juga menggelar kampanye terbaru bertajuk “Bale by BTN”. Kampanye ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penggunaan BTN Mobile dalam bertransaksi dengan menghadirkan beberapa program menarik, di antaranya Bale Unlock Your World, Bale Be Free, dan Bale 3s (Santai, Sehat, Santap).
Sejak diluncurkan pada Februari 2023, BTN Mobile telah menjadi andalan bagi segmen ritel, menawarkan kemudahan berbagai layanan digital. “Sebagai perwujudan komitmen kami, Super Apps BTN Mobile akan terus berinovasi guna memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan transaksi finansial kepada seluruh Sahabat BTN,” tutur Thomas.
