SIARDAILY, Kalimantan Timur – PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk membangun gedung di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN). Hal tersebut, karena diharapkan dapat mendukung percepatan transformasi ekonomi di IKN dan sekitarnya.
Pembangunan gedung tersebut dimulai dengan menggelar acara peletakan batu pertama di IKN pada hari ini, Rabu 5 Juni 2024. Presiden Republik Indonesia, Joko Widodo (Jokowi) menghadiri acara tersebut.
“BTN tidak salah membangun head office-nya, kantor cabangnya di IKN, karena sekarang ke depannya banyak dibutuhkan pembiayaan properti di kawasan ini,” kata Presiden Jokowi.

Jokowi juga menyampaikan apresiasi BTN IKN untuk pembangunan Bank BUMN lainnya, sehingga transformasi ekonomi bisa berjalan cepat di kawasan IKN dan sekitarnya.
Sementara itu, Direktur Utama BTN, Nixon L P Napitupulu mengatakan, gedung BTN yang akan berdiri di atas lahan seluas 9.000 meter persegi di Ibu Kota Nusantara, Kalimantan Timur tersebut, menjadi masa depan BTN yang akan berperan aktif ikut membangun perekonomian bangsa di IKN.
“Saya ingin mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Bapak Presiden Republik Indonesia atas kepercayaan dan kesempatan yang diberikan kepada BTN, karena dapat bergabung di kota masa depan Indonesia. Di atas tanah BTN di Ibu Kota Nusantara ini, merupakan wujud transformasi BTN sebagai perbankan yang membawa perubahan di kota masa depan dengan perspektif baru dan rumah bagi perbankan digital,” kata Nixon.
Nixon menjelaskan, gedung BTN di IKN akan digunakan sebagai wadah perdagangan dan jasa meliputi Bank Umum Konvensional (Gedung Kantor Wilayah BTN Kalimantan, Gedung Kantor Cabang BTN IKN), ATM/Layanan Perbankan Elektronik, Co-Working Space, Cafe Internal, dan Ruang Terbuka Hijau.
Berbeda dengan gedung BTN yang lain, desain gedung baru BTN bertemakan “Housing and Beyond”, di mana gedung baru BTN menyatu dengan alam IKN dengan mengikuti kontur tanah tempat gedung akan didirikan.
“Kami mengombinasikan pendekatan rumah yang nyaman, seperti rumah keluarga dengan rumah masa depan yang lebih bebas, namun tetap menunjang produktivitas, kolaborasi, ramah lingkungan, dan fungsional,” ujar Nixon.
Gedung BTN di IKN tersebut, ditargetkan dapat beroperasi pada tahun 2026. Dengan hadirnya BTN di IKN, Nixon berharap, perseroan dapat meraup sebesar mungkin pangsa pasar KPR, karena sebagian besar pengembang perumahan di Indonesia, khususnya Kalimantan Timur, telah bekerjasama dengan BTN.
“BTN juga telah menandatangani MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) atau Nota Kesepahaman bersama Otorita IKN, dengan ruang lingkup di antaranya potensi kolaborasi dalam pengembangan program pembiayaan perumahan, baik rumah tapak maupun rumah susun di wilayah IKN, potensi BTN bekerjasama dengan pelaku pembangunan perumahan, serta potensi kolaborasi dalam pengembangan program pembiayaan non-perumahan dan jasa layanan perbankan lainnya di IKN,” tambah Nixon.
Konsep Housing and Beyond yang menjadi tema, lanjut Nixon, juga sejalan dengan cita-cita BTN yang terus berinovasi dan mengembangkan kapabilitas untuk mendukung sektor perumahan yang lebih baik lagi pada masa yang akan datang, sehingga BTN dapat menjadi one stop solution in the housing ecosystem yang mengembangkan fokus bisnis kepada seluruh aspek yang terhubung dengan perumahan.
BTN juga akan berperan aktif dalam pembiayaan properti di sektor produktif, mendukung pengembangan UMKM untuk ekspansi bisnis daerah setempat dan mendukung kebutuhan modal kerja bagi para pelaku usaha di IKN dan kawasan penyangga yang menawarkan berbagai kemudahan fasilitas transaksional yang terus dikembangkan dari waktu ke waktu.
“Kami menyambut baik para kontraktor, karena BTN siap mendukung kebutuhan akan jasa perbankan lainnya seperti Bank Garansi, SCF, SKBDN, maupun Kredit Modal Kerja Kontraktor yang skemanya dapat disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan bisnis pelaku usaha dan BTN juga akan mendukung pengembangan UMKM untuk ekspansi bisnis daerah setempat,” tutur Nixon.
