SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Persero) mengungkapkan bahwa fitur Livin’ KPR hadir sebagai solusi inovatif untuk merampingkan proses pembiayaan kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) menjadi lebih seamless, dengan memastikan proses pengajuan KPR yang cepat dan efisien.
“Fitur Livin’ KPR ini merupakan bagian dari upaya berkelanjutan kami dalam memberikan nilai tambah bagi nasabah,” kata Direktur Jaringan dan Retail Banking PT Bank Mandiri Tbk, Aquarius Rudianto dalam keterang resminya di Jakarta, Kamis 4 Juli 2024.

Aquarius mengatakan, terdapat beberapa alasan bagi banyak orang untuk menunda keinginan memiliki rumah, bahkan belum menjadikan tempat tinggal sebagai investasi utama untuk jangka panjang. Salah satunya, masyarakat kerap menghadapi kesulitan dalam memenuhi persyaratan kredit rumah, terutama dengan biaya bunga yang tinggi dan proses pengajuan yang rumit.
Sebab itu, lanjutnya, Bank Mandiri menawarkan berbagai kemudahan dan keuntungan melalui fitur terbarunya, yakni Livin’ KPR yang tersedia di Livin’ by Mandiri, mulai dari pilihan properti yang variatif, suku bunga yang kompetitif, diskon biaya provisi, hingga formulir pengajuan dan proses KPR yang mudah dan simpel.
Fitur Livin’ KPR tidak hanya memudahkan nasabah untuk menemukan properti berdasarkan preferensi harga dan fasilitas umum di sekitarnya, melainkan juga memberikan pengalaman virtual tour 360 derajat kepada nasabah untuk menjelajahi setiap sudut properti seakan-akan sedang berada di lokasi secara langsung.
Selain itu, Livin’ KPR juga menawarkan fleksibilitas bagi nasabah dalam merencanakan keuangan secara akurat dengan fitur Simulasi Angsuran, serta menawarkan kemudahan untuk memantau secara real-time status aplikasi KPR mereka melalui Tracking KPR.

Kehadiran fitur Livin’ KPR diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan akuisisi Kredit Kepemilikan Rumah (KPR) dan terus meningkatkan portfolio Mandiri KPR di tahun 2024.
Sementara itu, perseroan mencatat saat ini pencairan KPR Bank Mandiri meningkat sebesar 31,4 persen secara tahunan (year-on-year/YoY). Adapun hingga Mei 2024, pengguna aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri telah menembus 25,4 juta pengguna atau naik 37 persen YoY.
Dari jumlah tersebut, total nilai transaksi Livin’ by Mandiri mencapai Rp1,55 triliun dengan volume transaksi 1,45 miliar transaksi.
Baru-baru ini, Livin’ by Mandiri menyederhanakan proses pembayaran tagihan melalui fitur “Bayar”. Nasabah cukup menyalin nomor Virtual Account (VA) tanpa perlu mencari kode biller. Melalui fitur ini, nasabah juga dapat memilih tiga sumber dana, yaitu Tabungan, Kartu Kredit, atau Livin’ Paylater.
Tak hanya itu, Bank Mandiri juga menyempurnakan produk Mandiri e-Money yang memungkinkan nasabah untuk dapat mengecek semua riwayat transaksi e-Money. Nasabah tidak perlu mengumpulkan bukti pembayaran tol maupun parkir, karena semua transaksi terekam secara otomatis dan bisa diakses kapan saja melalui aplikasi Livin’ by Mandiri. (asp)
