Penyaluran KPR Subsidi BTN Dukung Program Sejuta Rumah

SIARDAILY, Jakarta – Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) menilai, adanya penyaluran kredit pemilikan rumah (KPR) subsidi untuk masyarakat yang dilaksanakan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) sangat mendukung capaian Program Sejuta Rumah.

“Salah satu hasil capaian PSR (Program Sejuta Rumah) merupakan hasil penyaluran KPR Subsidi yang dilaksanakan BTN,” ujar Sekretaris Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, seperti dikutip dari keterangan resminya, Jumat 29 Maret 2024.

Menurut Hidayat, pihaknya juga akan terus berupaya melakukan sinergi dan koordinasi dengan para mitra kerja di bidang perumahan di Indonesia, seperti pemerintah daerah, pengembang perumahan, perbankan, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat dalam pelaksanaan program penyediaan rumah layak huni bagi masyarakat. Hal tersebut diperlukan, karena rumah layak huni merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar manusia yang mau tidak mau harus dipenuhi, serta berdampak pada kehidupan sosial manusia.

“Kami di Direktorat Jenderal Perumahan Kementerian PUPR, juga memiliki sejumlah program perumahan, seperti rumah susun, rumah khusus, rumah swadaya melalu penyaluran BSPS (Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya) maupun pembangunan PSU (prasarana, sarana dan utilitas) untuk rumah bersubsidi. Kami harap, Bank BTN juga terus menyalurkan KPRnya untuk membantu MBR (masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah) guna memiliki rumah bersubsidi dengan harga terjangkau dan angsuran yang tetap,” ujarnya.

Direktur Consumer PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Hirwandi Gafar mengatakan, BTN siap mendukung penuh Program Sejuta Rumah yang merupakan salah satu Program Strategis Nasional yang dicanangkan Presiden Joko Widodo sejak 2015.

“Hal tersebut, menunjukkan bahwa BTN memiliki komitmen penuh bagi Program Sejuta Rumah dan siap membantu pemenuhan kebutuhan MBR di sektor perumahan melalui sejumlah program pembiayaan perumahan yang terjangkau,” ujarnya.

Berdasarkan data yang ada, pencapaian penyaluran KPR subsidi BTN per Desember 2023 lalu sebanyak 167.346 unit terdiri dari KPR Sejahtera dengan skema Fasilitas Likuiditas Pembiayaan Perumahan (FLPP) BTN sebanyak 161.562 unit dan KPR Tapera BTN sebanyak 5.784 unit.

“Realisasi pencapaian KPR Subsidi Bank BTN dari tahun 1976 hingga 2023, tercatat 4,05 juta unit di seluruh wilayah Indonesia,” ungkapnya.

Lebih lanjut, Hirwandi menjelaskan, BTN merupakan bank yang benar-benar fokus pada sektor perumahan di Indonesia. Adanya bantuan pembiayaan perumahan berupa KPR bersubsidi, diharapkan juga mampu memacu semangat pengembang dan masyarakat untuk memiliki rumah layak huni.

“Adanya pembangunan rumah untuk masyarakat, diharapkan juga mampu mewujudkan keluarga yang bahagia, sehat, dan memiliki harapan baru, karena hidup nggak cuma tentang hari ini, tetapi juga menatap masa depan,” tuturnya. (asp)
