SIARDAILY, Sumatera Selatan – PT Hutama Karya (Hutama Karya) akan menetapkan tarif Jalan Tol Simpang Indralaya – Prabumulih dalam waktu dekat. Hal tersebut, menyusul Surat Keputusan (SK) Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Nomor 194/KPTS/M/2024 tentang Penetapan Tarif Jalan Tol Simpang Indralaya – Muara Enim Seksi Indralaya – Prabumulih.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Sekretaris Perusahaan Hutama Karya, Tjahjo Purnomo mengatakan, sebelumnya jalan tol yang merupakan lanjutan dari Tol Palembang – Indralaya ini telah dioperasikan tanpa tarif selama lebih dari lima bulan sejak tanggal 30 Agustus 2023.
“Peningkatan jalan tol ini memperluas aksesibilitas logistik dan mobilitas masyarakat dari Prabumulih
ke Palembang dan sebaliknya. Sebelumnya, perjalanan ini memakan waktu sekitar dua jam melalui jalan non-tol, namun sekarang hanya membutuhkan 45 menit melalui jalan tol,” ujar Tjahjo dalam keterangan resminya, Minggu 4 Februari 2024.

Tjahjo mengatakan, dalam pengoperasiannya, Hutama Karya memastikan kualitas jalan maupun kelengkapan fasilitas yang ada telah sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM), serta diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar, salah satunya yaitu fasilitas rest area.
“Rest area ini terletak di KM 65 Jalur A dan B yang dilengkapi toilet, masjid, minimarket dan tenat-
tenant makanan. Tak hanya itu, porsi lahan untuk UMKM juga diprioritaskan sebanyak 70 persen, sehingga harapannya tidak hanya bermanfaat bagi pengguna jalan tol yang ingin beristirahat, namun juga dapat bermanfaat bagi perekonomian masyarakat, serta memberikan kesempatan kepada usaha-usaha kecil yang berada di Provinsi Sumsel,” tambah Tjahjo.
Dengan manfaat dan peranan strategis yang dimiliki, kata dia, membuat keinginan pengguna jalan tol yang memilih jalan tol ini untuk menjadi alternatif jalur menjadi semakin tinggi, tercermin dari Lalu Lintas Harian Rata-Rata (LHR) kendaraan yang melintas.
“Kami mencatat, kendaraan yang melintas di jalan tol ini rata-rata sebanyak lebih dari 5.400 kendaraan per hari,” tutur Tjahjo.
Selama masa sosialisasi tersebut, menurut Tjahjo, Hutama Karya telah melakukan sosialisasi secara masif terkait dengan profil jalan tol, hingga tata tertib berkendara di jalan tol melalui berbagai kanal, di antaranya media sosial perusahaan, rilis resmi, radio partnership maupun melalui media luar ruang seperti spanduk dan baliho di sepanjang jalan tol.
“Sosialisasi akan berlakunya tarif jalan tol ini dilaksanakan, dengan harapan masyarakat sekitar mendapatkan informasi yang cukup mengenai tarif jalan tol, sehingga nantinya jika sudah diberlakukan, tidak ada kejadian pengguna jalan tol kurang saldo di gerbang tol yang akan menyebabkan antrian di jalan tol,” tambah Tjahjo.
Sementara itu, Staf Ahli Menteri PUPR Bidang Industri, Teknologi dan Lingkungan, Endra Atmawidjaja dalam FGD Internal Virtual Terbatas Rencana Penetapan Tarif Tol Simpang Indralaya-Prabumulih pada Kamis (01/02), menyampaikan bahwa penetapan tarif ini dilakukan dalam rangka wujud pengembalian investasi, pemeliharaan, dan pengeoperasian jalan tol.
“Pastinya, dalam penetapan tarifnya telah mempertimbangkan dari sisi kepentingan publik maupun investor. Tentunya, kami juga melihat dari SPM (Standar Pelayanan Minimal) dan performa dari BUJT (Badan Usaha Jalan Tol) itu sendiri, sehingga angka tarif yang diusulkan tersebut sebelumnya telah diuji kelayakannya terlebih dahulu,” tutur Endra.
Di kesempatan yang sama, Ketua Masyarakat Transportasi Indonesia (MTI), Handayani Haroeno juga mengatakan, MTI mendukung terkait penetapan tarif ini. “Selama SPM terpenuhi, persyaratan terkait keamanan dan keselamatan juga terpenuhi, maka dari MTI menyetujui penetapan tarif yang ada. Namun, kami akan tetap memantau dan evaluasi tanggapan dari masyarakat,” tambahnya.
