SIARDAILY, Cirebon – PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk (BTN) merelokasi BTN Kantor Cabang Cirebon (KC Cirebon) yang berdiri sejak 1991 ke Jalan Siliwangi Nomor 16, di jantung kota Cirebon.
KC Cirebon membawahi delapan Kantor Cabang Pembantu yang tersebar di Cirebon, Majalengka, Indramayu dan Kuningan (Ciayumajakuning).
Hal tersebut, sebagai wujud transformasi sekaligus memperkenalkan logo baru BTN yang menampilkan wajah baru di sejumlah Kantor Cabangnya , termasuk di Cirebon, Jawa Barat.
“Setelah hadir dengan logo baru, BTN memiliki brand image yang lebih modern dan kekinian, dengan semangat transformasi BTN siap untuk bersaing di level yang lebih tinggi dan menjadi bank pilihan utama bagi nasabah, khususnya nasabah kota Cirebon,” kata Direktur Utama BTN, Nixon LP Napitupulu saat meresmikan BTN KC Cirebon, Rabu 8 Mei 2024.

Nixon mengatakan, relokasi KC Cirebon merupakan bentuk keseriusan BTN dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan layanan perbankan kepada nasabah, serta menjemput peluang pembiayaan dari potensi ekonomi yang dimiliki wilayah Ciayumajakuning yang meliputi kawasan Cirebon, Kabupaten Cirebon, Indramayu, Majalengka, dan Kuningan.
Menurut Nixon, kawasan ini sangat prospektif, khususnya di sektor properti, sesuai data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) bahwa perekonomian di Kota Cirebon tumbuh sebesar 5,01 persen pada hampir semua sektor usaha selama 2023, di mana sektor real estate mencapai pertumbuhan 9,22 persen terbesar kedua setelah sektor usaha bidang transportasi dan pergudangan yang mencapai 9,99 persen.
“Selain itu, pertumbuhan penduduk juga sangat mendukung pembangunan perumahan, disini BTN berperan besar dalam memberikan akses pembiayaan perumahan, khususnya bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah,” kata Nixon.
Potensi industri properti yang terus menggeliat di Ciayumajakuning, membuat pencapaian BTN KC Cirebon terus meningkat.
Pada tahun ini, setelah relokasi selesai BTN menargetkan realisasi kredit KC Cirebon sekitar Rp896 miliar, di mana realisasi kredit masih didominasi Kredit Pemilikan Rumah (KPR) terutama KPR subsidi sebesar Rp604 miliar, dan sisanya untuk kredit bermargin tinggi sebesar kurang lebih Rp174 miliar. Sedangkan untuk Dana Pihak Ketiga ( DPK), target penghimpunan dananya ukurang lebih Rp1,1 triliun.
“Saya optimis, dengan berkembangnya ekosistem bisnis di Ciayumajakuning, termasuk mulai berkembangnya kawasan industri di wilayah Cirebon Timur, Majalengka, Indramayu diharapkan dapat mendorong penghimpunan DPK di wilayah Ciayumajakuning,” kata Nixon.
Nixon menambahkan, selain KPR yang merupakan segmen kredit andalan BTN, KC Cirebon juga membidik potensi kredit di segmen Unit Usaha Menengah dan Kecil (UMKM), khususnya disejumlah sektor bisnis yaitu pariwisata, tekstil, makanan dan minuman, kerajinan, transportasi (pelabuhan).
“Dengan potensi yang ada, bukan tidak mungkin Kota Cirebon menuju Cirebon Kota Metropolitan Baru,” kata Nixon.
Dia yakin, ke depan kinerja BTN KC Cirebon akan semakin baik, adapun pada triwulan I tahun 2024 ini dari sisi pembiayaan, BTN KC Cirebon membukukan realisasi sebesar Rp353,1 miliar, di mana masih didominasi realisasi pada sektor KPR Subsidi mencapai Rp187,5 miliar dan sisanya merupakan realisasi dari kredit konsumer Non Subsidi maupun kredit komersial.
Turut hadir pada acara Peresmian Wajah Baru BTN KC Cirebon, Pj Walikota Cirebon, Agus Mulyadi, M.S, yang dalam sambutannya berharap wajah baru BTN KC Cirebon memberikan motivasi pelayanan dari BTN, khususnya KPR.
“Sebagai pegawai muda, KPR milenial dapat menjadi sebuah solusi apalagi saat ini di Cirebon 50 persen sudah generasi milenial dan Z jadi misalnya kalau ini menjadi bagian dari Indonesia emas, mereka akan jadi penentu terselenggaranya kehidupan bernegara, kita harus memberikan fasilitas,” ujarnya.
Agus menambahkan , BTN dapat mendukung perekonomian Cirebon, khususnya sektor real estate, menimbang Cirebon masih cukup luas untuk pengembangan perumahan dengan tetap menghadirkan ruang terbuka hijau. (asp)
