SIARDAILY, Jakarta – PT Hutama Karya (Persero) mencatatkan kinerja positif pada Triwulan I 2024, karena berhasil meraih pencapaian kontrak baru yang dibukukan sebesar Rp4,05 triliun atau lebih tinggi 17,05 persen dari realisasi pencapaian kontrak baru pada periode yang sama di 2023.
Executive Vice President (EVP) Sekretaris Perusahaan Hutama Karya, Adjib Al Hakim dalam keterangan resminya, Jumat 17 Mei 2024, mengatakan bahwa nilai kontrak baru tersebut berasal dari berbagai segmen pekerjaan infrastruktur. “Jenis pekerjaan didominasi dari proyek sumber daya air (SDA), jalan dan jembatan, gedung, prasarana perhubungan, dan lainnya,” ujarnya.

Adjib menambahkan, bahwa kontrak baru proyek SDA mengambil porsi paling tinggi dari keseluruhan struktur kontrak baru perusahaan, yakni mencapai Rp1,98 triliun atau 48,91 persen, diikuti proyek jalan dan jembatan sebesar Rp1,24 triliun atau 30,58 persen, dan proyek gedung menyumbang Rp410,60 miliar atau 10,12 persen.
Hingga April 2024, sejumlah proyek baru yang berhasil dibukukan meliputi Pekerjaan Rancang dan Bangun Budidaya Udang Terintegrasi di Kabupaten Sumba, Nusa Tenggara Timur; Pekerjaan Konstruksi Rancang bangun (Design & Build) Pelabuhan Anggrek di Gorontalo; Pembangunan Gedung Jaksa Agung Muda Bidang Tindak Pidana Khusus di Jakarta; Pengadaan Jasa Konstruksi Penyesuaian Layout Gedung Estetika di Bali; dan Jasa Kontraktor Pelaksana Pembangunan Kawasan IT Center BRI Ragunan Paket 2 di Jakarta.
Lebih rinci, perolehan kontrak pengerjaan Kawasan IT Center BRI Ragunan Paket 2 ini memiliki nilai investasi sebesar Rp295,5 miliar yang ditandai dengan penandatanganan Surat Perintah Kerja (SPK) oleh Executive Vice President (EVP) Divisi Gedung, Nyoman Endi, pada 30 April 2024 lalu.
Scope pekerjaan dari kontributor kontrak baru ini, meliputi pekerjaan pembongkaran bangunan, pembangunan Gedung Perkantoran TECHNO, pembangunan Gedung Data Center Cloud, Facade GTI Eksisting (ROBO), dan Pemeliharaan. Sementara itu, masa pelaksanaan pekerjaan yakni 20 Bulan atau 600 Hari Kalender.
Adjib menambahkan, Hutama Karya terus memperkuat portofolio di segmen gedung untuk menambah daya saing perusahaan. Hal tersebut, dibuktikan dengan perolehan penghargaan prestisius dari implementasi digitalisasi konstruksi pada proyek-proyek gedung.
“Pada akhir bulan lalu, kita berhasil menerima penghargaan BIM (Building Information Modelling) 5D Multi-Project Software Utilization Award yang diserahkan pada ajang AEC Connect Day 2024 oleh Glodon Cubicost Indonesia, di Jakarta,” ujar Adjib.
Pencapaian tersebut, dinilai dari akselerasi dalam implementasi software 5D yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas, dan kualitas pelaksanaan Project Cost Management, dan sebagai langkah transformasi digital construction sesuai dengan strategi perusahaan.
Di sisi lain, Hutama Karya juga menargetkan penyelesaian sejumlah proyek di Ibu Kota Nusantara (IKN) seperti Gedung Kawasan Kantor Kemenko 2, dan Gedung Fasilitas Bandara VVIP IKN.
Sementara itu, untuk memperkuat konektivitas masyarakat di Sumatera, pada akhir 2024, Hutama Karya menargetkan penyelesaian Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera (JTTS) Tahap I seperti Jalan Tol Padang – Sicincin, Jalan Tol Kisaran – Tebing Tinggi, dan Jalan Tol Sigli – Banda Aceh yang merupakan bagian dari Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN).
Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, dilansir dari laman web Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia, Menteri Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian, Airlangga Hartanto menyampaikan, terkait estimasi penyelesaian 41 PSN senilai Rp554 triliun yang disampaikan pada Rapat Kerja Nasional – Proyek Strategis Nasional (RaKerNas PSN) Percepatan Penyelesaian dan Pra – Evaluasi PSN oleh Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian Republik Indonesia di Jakarta pada Selasa lalu (14/5).
“Karena itu, saya berharap dukungan dan komitmen yang kuat dari seluruh pemangku kepentingan, agar PSN dapat diselesaikan tepat waktu sebagaimana target yang telah ditetapkan,” ungkap Airlangga.
Selain proyek jalan tol, daftar PSN lainnya yang dikerjakan Hutama Karya, serta ditarget rampung pada tahun ini antara lain Bendungan Bulango Ulu, Bendungan Way Apu, Bendungan Meninting, SPAM Benteng Kobema. (asp)
