SIARDAILY, Bekasi – Anak Usaha PT Jasa Marga Tbk, PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek (JJC) selaku pengelola Jalan Layang Mohammed Bin Zayed (MBZ), memastikan keamanan infrastruktur Jalan Layang MBZ aman dilalui oleh pengguna jalan.
Setiap jalan tol yang beroperasi telah melalui rangkaian terakhir penilaian sebelum dapat dioperasikan, yakni uji laik fungsi dan laik operasi oleh Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR), Kementerian Perhubungan, dan Korlantas POLRI, serta Komisi Keselamatan Jembatan dan Terowongan Jalan (KKJTJ).
Direktur Utama PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek, Hendri Taufik mengatakan, kegiatan tersebut dilaksanakan untuk memastikan semua spesifikasi teknis persyaratan dan perlengkapan jalan yang ada di ruas jalan tol sesuai dengan standar manajemen dan keselamatan lalu lintas terpenuhi dengan baik.
“Seperti jalan tol lainnya yang telah beroperasi di Indonesia, Jalan Layang MBZ telah memenuhi persyaratan laik fungsi secara teknis, administratif, dan sistem operasi tol, sehingga dapat dioperasikan. Tahap Uji Laik Fungsi dan Uji Laik Operasi tersebut, dilaksanakan oleh instansi berwenang yang selanjutnya akan ditetapkan tarif tol melalui Keputusan Menteri PUPR sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku,” ujar Hendri dalam keterangan resminya, Senin 20 Mei 2024.

Hendri menambahkan, pada saat pelaksanaan konstruksi, kontraktor pelaksana dan konsultan pengawas telah melakukan pengujian pada benda uji dan dinyatakan memenuhi mutu minimal sebagaimana yang direncanakan konsultan desain.
“Dalam masa pengoperasian, lebih dari empat tahun ini, tentunya kondisi beton saat ini, telah mengalami perubahan secara alami, baik akibat suhu, cuaca, dan beban kendaraan,” ujarnya.
Untuk menjaga keselamatan dan kualitas jalan tol, lanjutnyam juga dilakukan pemeriksaan pemenuhan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) secara berkala yang mencakup kondisi jalan tol, kecepatan tempuh rata-rata, aksesibilitas, mobilitas, keselamatan hingga unit pertolongan/penyelamatan dan bantuan pelayanan.
“Hal ini wajib dilakukan seluruh Badan Usaha Jalan Tol, termasuk PT JJC dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan kepada pengguna jalan,” tegas Hendri.
Sementara itu, PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek juga mengimbau kepada seluruh pengguna jalan agar mengantisipasi perjalanan, memastikan kendaraan dalam keadaan prima, saldo uang elektronik cukup, mengisi bahan bakar sebelum memulai perjalanan. Selalu berhati-hati dan menaati rambu-rambu, terutama di sekitar lokasi pekerjaan.
