SIARDAILY, Probolinggo – Pembangunan tahap satu Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Ruas Probolinggo-Besuki ditargetkan dapat selesai pada November 2024.

PT Jasa Marga Tbk, melalui anak usahanya PT Jasamarga Probolinggo Banyuwangi (PT JPB) yang mengelola Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi, mencatat progres konstruksi pembangunan tahap satu jalan tol tersebut mencapai 35,84 persen hingga akhir April 2024.

Pembangunan Tahap I, merupakan pembangunan dari Probolinggo-Besuki yang terbagi atas tiga paket pekerjaan konstruksi, yaitu Paket 1 (Gending-Kraksaan), Paket 2 (Kraksaan-Paiton) hingga Paket 3 (Paiton-Besuki).

Direktur Utama PT Jasamarga Probolinggo Banyuwangi, Adi Prasetyanto, dalam keterangan resminya, Kamis 16 Mei 2024, mengatakan untuk pembebasan lahan, PT JPB mencatat hingga April 2024 progresnya mencapai 97,10 persen.

Ia menyebutkan, sesuai dengan Permenko Perekonomian No. 9 Tahun 2022, pembebasan lahan dan pembangunan Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi difokuskan pada ruas Probolinggo-Besuki.

“Secara keseluruhan, Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi sepanjang 175,78 kilometer (KM) terbagi menjadi dua tahap pembangunan. Tahap satu yang menghubungkan Probolinggo-Besuki sepanjang 49,68 KM, dan tahap dua menghubungkan Besuki-Banyuwangi sepanjang 126,10 KM,” ujar Adi.

Dia menambahkan, jika pembebasan lahan sesuai dengan target, pengerjaan kontruksi untuk pembangunan Tahap I Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi Ruas Probolinggo-Besuki ditargetkan dapat selesai pada November 2024.

“Dalam membangun jalan tol ini, PT JPB bersama kontraktor pelaksana, serta konsultan pengawas dan konsultan pengendali mutu berkomitmen akan memastikan keselamatan keteknikan konstruksi, keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja, keselamatan publik hingga keselamatan lingkungan,” ungkap Adi.

PT JPB, lanjutnya, juga menjaga Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri (TKDN) dalam proyek tersebut, sebanyak mungkin menggunakan sumber daya setempat dalam pekerjaan, termasuk penyediaan tenaga kerja, peralatan, serta bahan dalam negeri.

Pembangunan Tahap I Probolinggo-Besuki nantinya akan memiliki tiga Gerbang Tol (GT), yaitu GT Kraksaan, GT Paiton, dan GT Besuki. Selain itu, juga akan memiliki tiga buah simpang susun yaitu Simpang Susun (SS) Kraksaan, SS Paiton dan SS Besuki, serta dilengkapi dengan dua lokasi rest area yang terletak di Sta 33+700 di kedua arah, arah Probolinggo maupun arah Besuki.

Secara keseluruhan Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi terbagi atas tujuh seksi, yaitu Seksi 1 Gending-Kraksaan (12,88 Km), Seksi 2 Kraksaan-Paiton (11,20 Km), Seksi 3 Paiton-Besuki (25,60 Km), Seksi 4 Besuki-Situbondo (42,30 Km), Seksi 5 Situbondo-Asembagus (16,76 Km), Seksi 6 Asembagus-Bajulmati (37,45 Km), dan Seksi 7 Bajulmati-Ketapang (29,59 Km).

Jalan Tol Probolinggo-Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional yang dikelola PT JPB selaku Badan Usaha Jalan Tol yang kepemilikan sahamnya dimiliki PT Jasa Marga Tbk sebesar 94,93 persen, PT Brantas Abipraya (Persero) sebesar lima persen, dan PT Waskita Toll Road sebesar 0,07 persen.
