SIARDAILY, Muaro Jambi – Jalan Tol Bayung Lencir – Tempino sepanjang 33 kilometer diperkirakan rampung konstruksinya pada awal tahun depan (2025). Progres fisik keseluruhan dari jalan tol yang berada di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi tersebut saat ini mencapai 77 persen.
“Tadi, kami sudah meninjau seluruh ruas Jalan Tol Bayung Lencir – Tempino. Pada hari Rabu besok, akan kami lakukan penandatanganan PPJT. Sehingga, Mei 2024 nanti sudah bisa dikerjakan konstruksinya, termasuk Betung ke Bayung Lencir (Seksi 1 – Seksi 2) sepanjang 118 km, dan dari Tempino ke Jambi/ Simpang Ness (Seksi 4) sepanjang 19 km. InsyaAllah Bayung Lencir – Tempino – Simpang Ness/Kota Jambi dengan panjang 52 Km sudah bisa operasional pada kuartal pertama 2025,” kata Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimuljono saat berkunjung ke Provinsi Sumatera Selatan, akhir pekan lalu.

Jalan Tol Bayung Lencir – Tempino adalah Seksi 3 yang merupakan Dukungan Konstruksi (Dukon) Pemerintah terhadap Ruas Jalan Tol Betung – Tempino – Jambi yang melintasi Provinsi Sumsel dan Jambi.
Sementara, untuk seksi lainnya pada ruas tersebut, dibangun melalui skema Kerjasama Pemerintah Badan Usaha (KPBU). Dengan Pembiayaan Berkala Berbasis Layanan (PBBL) PT Hutama Karya (persero) sepanjang 136,6 km. Terbagi pada Seksi 1 Betung – Tungkal Jaya, Seksi 2 Tungkal Jaya – Bayung Lencir, dan Seksi 4 Tempino – Jambi/ Simpang Ness.
Direktur Jalan Bebas Hambatan, Direktorat Jenderal Bina Marga, Triono Junoasmono menerangkan, saat ini progres fisik keseluruhan dari Jalan tol Bayung Lencir – Tempino sebesar 77 persen, yang terbagi menjadi tiga paket pekerjaan. Adapun paket 1 dibangun sepanjang 7,6 km, dengan nilai kontrak Rp1,6 triliun. Saat ini, progres fisiknya mencapai 83,85 persen. Dengan penyedia jasanya PT Adhi Karya – PT Waskita Karya – PT Jaya Konstruksi (KSO).
Sementara itu, paket 2 memiliki panjang 11 km dengan nilai kontrak Rp1,3 triliun. Progres fisiknya saat ini adalah 81,43 persen, dengan penyedia jasa PT PP – PT Nindya Karya (KSO).
Untuk paket 3 dibangun sepanjang 15,47 km dengan nilai kontrak Rp2,7 triliun. Saat ini, progres fisiknya 72,71 persen dengan penyedia jasanya adalah KSO PT Hutama Karya – PT Wijaya Karya – PT Brantas Abipraya.
Turut hadir mendampingi Menteri Basuki, Direktur Jenderal Bina Marga Hedy Rahadian, Staf Ahli Menteri PUPR Bidang Teknologi, Industri, dan Lingkungan Endra S. Atmawidjaja, Direktur Jalan Bebas Hambatan Triono Junoasmono, dan Kepala Balai Besar Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (BBPJN) Sumsel Hardy Siahaan dan Kepala BPJN Jambi Ibnu Kurniawan. (asp)
